I would encourage anyone who works with God’s Word in their ministry to really consider this program because you really get a deeper understanding. Ultimately, it encourages you to just continue studying. ere’s so much to learn, and you can take what you’ve learned here and use it in your ministry.
Jonathan Favorite, 2024 Graduate MA in eological Studies
My favorite part of the program was just that connection with other WELS teachers and with professors that knew exactly what you were going through. It felt like a community of learners. We could talk about what was going on in our classrooms at the moment and get support.
Daniel Roemhildt, 2024 Graduate MS in Education-Instruction

Support at every step! at’s what our congregations and schools have been requesting for their early childhood (EC) teachers.
e MLC O ce of Continuing Education has designed options to help busy EC teachers at every level of professional and theological training and in every geographical location.
e options are tiered, so that each teacher is sure to nd the entry and exit point that’s appropriate to their background and education level. And Tiers 2-4 are stackable—they build on each other so that the courses/certi cation completed at one level will apply to the next.
