‫ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻝل ﺍاﻷﻭوﺭرﻭوﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻟﺘﺪﻋﻮ ﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺍاﻟﻜﻨﻴﯿﺴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺃأﻥن ﺍاﻟﻤﻮﺍاﻁطﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﻧﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺃأﻥن ﺗﺆﻛﺪ ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﺎﻭوﺍاﺓة ﻓﻰ ﺍاﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕق‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻌﺪﺩدﻳﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻻﻋﺘﺰﺍاﺯز ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻨﻮﻉع‪ .‬ﻭوﻟﻌﻞ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥن ﻳﺤﺼﻞ‬ ‫ﻓﻰ ﻣﻴﯿﺪﺍاﻥن ﺍاﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺎﻫﮬﮪھﺮﺓة ﺧﻼﻝل ﺛﻮﺭرﺓة ‪ 25‬ﻳﻨﺎﻳﺮ ﺣﻴﯿﺚ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ‬ ‫ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﯿﻦ ﺃأﺛﻨﺎء ﺍاﻟﺼﻼﺓة ﻣﻨﺎﻁطﺔ ﺑﺸﺒﺎﺏب ﺍاﻷﻗﺒﺎﻁط ﺃأﻳﺎﻡم‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺠﻤﻌﺔ ﻓﻰ ﺣﻴﯿﻦ ﺃأﻥن ﺍاﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏب ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﻠﻢ ﻛﺎﻥن ﻳﺤﻤﻰ ﺍاﻟﻤﺼﻠﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺍاﻷﻗﺒﺎﻁط‪ ،٬‬ﻛﺎﻥن ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﻳﻤﺜﻞ ﻧﻤﻮﺫذﺝج ﻣﻔﻬﮭﮫﻮﻡم ﺍاﻟﻤﻮﺍاﻁطﻨﺔ ﺍاﻟﺬﻯى ﺑﺪﻭوﺭرﻩه‬ ‫ﻳﻠﻐﻰ ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﻤﻮﺍاﻁطﻨﺔ ﺗﺠﺬﺭر ﻭوﺣﺪﺓة ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻦ ﻭوﺗﻌﺰﺯز ﺍاﻟﺘﻨﻮﻉع‪.‬‬ ‫ﻟﺬﺍا ﻣﺎ ﺣﺼﻞ ﻭوﻳﺤﺼﻞ ﻓﻰ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍاﻟﺒﻠﺪﺍاﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻮﺍاﺩدﺙث‬ ‫ﻭوﺻﺮﺍاﻋﺎﺕت ﻁطﺎﺋﻔﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﻣﺬﻫﮬﮪھﺒﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺳﺘﻬﮭﮫﺪﺍاﻑف ﻟﻠﻤﺴﻴﯿﺤﻴﯿﻴﯿﻦ‪ ،٬‬ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ‬ ‫ﺷﻄﻂ ﻳﺘﻨﺎﻓﻰ ﻣﻊ ﻗﻴﯿﻢ ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم ﻭوﺍاﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭرﺓة ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺘﻰ‬ ‫ﺗﻔﺘﺮﺽض ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻮﺍاﻁطﻦ ﻋﺮﺑﻰ ﺃأﻥن ﻳﻜﻮﻥن ﻗﻴﯿﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﻻ‬ ‫ﻳﻜﻮﻥن ﺇإﻻ ﺑﺘﺄﻛﻴﯿﺪ ﺍاﻟﻤﻮﺍاﻁطﻨﺔ ﻛﺄﺳﺎﺱس ﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ ﻋﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻟﻌﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﯿﻒ ﺍاﻻﻧﺘﻔﺎﺿﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻤﺘﻼﺣﻘﺔ ﺑـ»ﺍاﻟﺮﺑﻴﯿﻊ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻰ« ﻛﺎﻥن‬ ‫ﺑﻤﺜﺎﺑﺔ ﺍاﻟﺘﻮﻗﻊ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻨﻰ ﺃأﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥن ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺃأﻥن ﻳﻜﻮﻥن‬ ‫ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﯿﺎ ﻭوﺃأﻛﺜﺮ ﺍاﺳﺘﻴﯿﻌﺎﺑﺎ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺗﻨﻄﻮﻯى ﻋﻠﻴﯿﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﻘﻴﯿﺪﺍاﺕت‬ ‫ﺗﻔﺮﺯزﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﻁطﺒﺎﺋﻊ ﺍاﻻﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍاﺩد ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻨﻈﻢ‪ .‬ﻓﻘﺪ ﻛﺎﻥن ﻣﺎ ﺣﺼﻞ ﻓﻰ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﻧﺲ ﺛﻢ ﻣﺼﺮ ﻣﻠﻬﮭﮫﻤﺎ ﺍاﺳﺘﻮﻟﺪ ﺁآﻣﺎﻻ ﻭوﺍاﻋﺪﺓة ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻌﺎﺩدﺓة‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻜﺮﺍاﻣﺔ ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻤﻔﺘﻘﺪﺓة ﻭوﺣﻘﻮﻕق ﺍاﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻤﻘﻤﻮﻋﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺣﺎﺟﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻤﻮﺍاﻁطﻦ ﺍاﻟﺘﻰ ﻫﮬﮪھﻰ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺣﺪ ﻛﺒﻴﯿﺮ ﻣﻔﻘﻮﺩدﺓة‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻓﻰ‬ ‫ﺃأﺣﺴﻦ ﺍاﻟﻈﺮﻭوﻑف ﻣﻬﮭﮫﻤﺸﺔ‪ .‬ﺇإﻻ ﺃأﻥن ﺍاﻟﻨﺠﺎﺣﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺘﻰ ﺣﺼﻠﺖ‬ ‫ﻓﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻮﻧﺲ ﻭوﻣﺼﺮ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﻰ ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﺎﺛﻞ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺃأﻗﻄﺎﺭر‬ ‫ﻋﺪﻳﺪﺓة ﻓﻰ ﺍاﻷﻣﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪ .‬ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﺑﺪﻭوﺭرﻩه ﺑﺮﻫﮬﮪھﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻅظﺎﻫﮬﮪھﺮﺓة‬ ‫ﺇإﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺑﺄﻥن ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥن ﻭوﻻﻳﺰﺍاﻝل ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭوﺣﺪﺓة ﻣﺘﺄﺻﻠﺔ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏب ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡم »ﺍاﻟﺮﺳﻤﻰ« ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﺼﺮﺍا ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍاﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍاﺭر ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه ﺍاﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓة ﻣﻌﻄﻠﺔ ﺗﻌﺰﺯز »ﻭوﺍاﻗﻌﻴﯿﺔ« ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻳﻔﺮﻕق‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻰ ﻳﻤﻌﻦ ﻓﻰ ﺗﺮﺳﻴﯿﺦ ﻣﻔﻬﮭﮫﻮﻡم ﻳﺘﺴﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺸﻮﻳﻪ‬ ‫ﺇإﻥن ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺰﻭوﻳﺮ ﻟﻤﻔﻬﮭﮫﻮﻡم “ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺩدﺓة”‪ ،٬‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﺼﻤﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺗﺄﻛﻴﯿﺪ ﺍاﻟﺘﺰﺍاﻡم »ﺍاﻻﺳﺘﻘﻼﻝل« ﻛﺤﺎﺋﻞ ﺃأﻣﺎﻡم ﺍاﻟﺘﻨﺴﻴﯿﻖ ﻧﺎﻫﮬﮪھﻴﯿﻚ ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﺃأﻳﺔ ﺧﻄﻮﺓة ﺑﺎﺗﺠﺎﻩه ﺍاﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓة ﺣﺘﻰ ﻓﻰ ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻤﺼﻴﯿﺮﻳﺔ‬

‫ﻭوﻓﻲ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﺍاﻟﺰﻣﻦ ﺍاﻹﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﻲ ﺍاﻟﺬﻱي ﺗﻤﺮّ ﺑﻪ ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﻣﺸﺎﻋﺮ ﺍاﻟﻴﯿﺄﺱس ﺗﺰﺩدﺍاﺩد ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻭوﺗﺼﻞ ﺑﺒﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺇإﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﺪ ﺍاﻟﺒﺮﺍاءﺓة ﻣﻦ ﺇإﻋﻼﻥن ﺍاﻧﺘﻤﺎﺋﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺗﺤﻤﻴﯿﻞ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ‬ ‫ﺣ ّ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺆﻭوﻟﻴﯿﺔ ﺗﺮﺩدّﻱي ﺃأﻭوﺿﺎﻋﻬﮭﮫﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺇإﻧ ّﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻣﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﺍاﻟﺨﻠﻂ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻻﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﻭوﺍاﻟﻈﺮﻭوﻑف‪ ،٬‬ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻤﻤﺎﺭرﺳﺎﺕت‪.‬‬ ‫ﺇإﻧ ّﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻣﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﺍاﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺍاﻻﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﺍاﻟﻘﻮﻣﻲ ﺑﻤﻘﺪﺍاﺭر ﻣﺎ ﻧﻨﻈﺮ‬ ‫ﺇإﻟﻴﯿﻪ ﺁآﻧﻴﯿ ّﺎً ﻭوﻟﻴﯿﺲ ﺑﻤﻘﺪﺍاﺭر ﻣﺎ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﻗﺎﺋﻢ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﯿﺎً‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻻﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﻟﻠﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﺿﻪ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﻭوﺳﻮﺍاء ﺭرﺿﻲ ﺑﻌﻀﻨﺎ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺃأﻡم ﻟﻢ ﻳﺮ َ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻟﻴﯿﺲ ﺛﻴﯿﺎﺑﺎً ﻧﻠﺒﺴﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﻧﺨﻠﻌﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺣﻴﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺎء‪ ،٬‬ﺑﻞ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﺟﻠﺪ‬ ‫ﺟﺴﻤﻨﺎ ﺍاﻟﺬﻱي ﻻ ﻧﺴﺘﻄﻴﯿﻊ ﺗﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮﻩه ﻣﻬﮭﮫﻤﺎ ﺍاﺳﺘﺨﺪﻣﻨﺎ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺕت ﻣﺼﻄﻨﻌﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﺘﻠﻚ ﻁطﺒﻴﯿﻌﺔ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻥن‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻠﻴﯿﺎﺕت ﺟﺮﺍاﺣﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺃأﺩدﻭوﺍا ٍ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺘﻄﻮّﺭر ﺍاﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺍاﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ ﺍاﻟﺬﻱي ﻳﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺎﺱس ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻣﺮﺍاﺣﻞ ﺍاﻷﺳﺮ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻌﺸﺎﺋﺮ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻘﺒﺎﺋﻞ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﺍاﻷﻭوﻁطﺎﻥن‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏب ﻭوﺍاﻷﻣﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن “ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ”‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺍاﻻﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﻟﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺨٌﺮ ﻟﻨﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻣﺎﺿﻴﯿﺎً ﻭوﺣﺎﺿﺮﺍاً‬ ‫ﺇإ ّ‬ ‫ﻞ‬ ‫ﻭوﻣﺴﺘﻘﺒﻼ ً‪ .‬ﻓﻴﯿﻜﻔﻴﯿﻨﺎ ﻓﺨﺮﺍاً ﺃأ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺃأﺭرﺿﻨﺎ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺃأﺭرﺽض ﻛ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺑﻌﺚ‬ ‫ﻞ ﻛﺮّﻣﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺑﺄ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺮﺳﺎﻻﺕت ﺍاﻟﺴﻤﺎﻭوﻳﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺃأ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﷲ ﻋﱠﺰ ﻭوﺟ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺭرﺳﻠﻪ ﻛﻠ ّﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻣﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﻋﻠﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه ﺍاﻷﺭرﺽض ﺍاﻟﻄﻴﯿ ّﺒﺔ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ‬ ‫ﻞ ﻣﻜﺎﻥن ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻣﻨﻄﻠﻖ ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﺪﺍاﻳﺔ ﺍاﻹﻟﻬﮭﮫﻴﯿ ّﺔ ﻟﻠﻨﺎﺱس ﺃأﺟﻤﻌﻴﯿﻦ ﻭوﻓﻲ ﻛ ّ‬ ‫***‬ ‫ﻭوﻗﺒﻞ ﺍاﻟﺪﺧﻮﻝل ﻓﻲ ﺻﻠﺐ ﺍاﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉع ﺃأﺷﻴﯿﺮ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺃأﻥن ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻋﺘﻘﺎﺩدﻱي ﻻ ﺗﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺎ ﺑﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﺭرﻳﺦ‬ ‫ﻭوﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ ﻭوﺑﺎﻟﺤﺎﺿﺮ ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﻲ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻭوﺍاﻹﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻤﺘﻌﺪﺩدﺓة ﻟﻺﻧﺴﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻔﺮﺩد ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ‬ ‫ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﻟﻴﯿﺴﺖ ﻛﺄﺷﻜﺎﻝل ﺍاﻟﺨﻄﻮﻁط ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﻴﯿﻤﺔ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﻮﺍاﺯزﻯى ﻣﻊ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻓﻼ ﺗﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﺃأﻭو ﺗﺘﻼﻗﻰ ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻔﺮﺽض ﺍاﻷﺧﺘﻴﯿﺎﺭر ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ‬


‫ﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻓﻼ ﺗﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﺃأﻭو ﺗﺘﻼﻗﻰ ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻔﺮﺽض ﺍاﻷﺧﺘﻴﯿﺎﺭر ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﺑﻞ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻤﺘﻌﺪﺩدﺓة ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﻛﺮﺳﻮﻡم ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﺍاﺋﺮ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ‬ ‫ُﻳﺤﻴﯿﻂ ﺃأﻛﺒﺮﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﺑﺄﺻﻐﺮﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﻓﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﺎ )ﺃأﻱي ﺍاﻟﺪﺍاﺋﺮﺓة( “ﻧﻘﻄﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﺮﻛﺰﻳﺔ” ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺍاﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻔﺮﺩد ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﺍاﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ‪ .‬ﻫﮬﮪھﻜﺬﺍا ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ ﺇإﻧﺴﺎﻥن ﺣﻴﯿﺚ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﺍاﺋﺮ ُﺗﺤﻴﯿﻂ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻟﺤﻈﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻮﻻﺩدﺓة ﻓﻴﯿﺒﺪﺃأ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺸﺎﻓﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﻣﻌﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺧﻼﻝل ﻣﺮﺍاﺣﻞ ﻧﻤﻮﻩه‬ ‫ﻭوﺗﻄﻮﺭرﻩه‪ :‬ﻣﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻷﻡم ﺇإﻟﻰ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺟﻤﻌﺎء‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻟﻌﻞ ﺃأﻳﻀﺎً ﺍاﻟﺨﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﻧﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﺍاﻹﻧﻔﺼﺎﻡم ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻭوﺟﻮﺩد ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻋﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة ﻭوﻣﻦ ﻋﺪﻡم ﻭوﺟﻮﺩد ﺩدﻭوﻟﺔ ﻋﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة‪ .‬ﻓﺸﻌﻮﺏب ﺍاﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ‬ ‫ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻀﺎﺭرﺍاﺕت ﻟﻜﻦ ﻫﮬﮪھﻨﺎﻙك ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺎﺕت ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻞ ﺷﻌﺐ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻟﻮ ﺍاﺷﺘﺮﻙك ﻣﻊ ﺷﻌﻮﺏب ﺃأﺧﺮﻯى ﻓﻲ ﺣﻀﺎﺭرﺓة‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﺷﻌﻮﺏب ﺍاﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍاﻟﻴﯿﻮﻡم ﺗﻜﻮﻧﺖ ﺩدﻭوﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس‬ ‫ﺇإ ّ‬ ‫ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺔ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻴﯿﺔ ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻻ ُﻳﻌﺒ ّﺮ ﻋﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺩدﻭوﻟﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة‪ .‬ﻭوﻧﺠﺪ ﺍاﻵﻥن ﻓﻲ ﺩدﺍاﺧﻞ ﺍاﻟﺠﺴﻢ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ُﻳﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﺪﻭوﻝل ﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺎﺕت ﺃأﺛﻨﻴﯿﺔ )ﻛﺤﺎﻟﺔ ﺍاﻷﻛﺮﺍاﺩد ﻭوﺍاﻷﻣﺎﺯزﻳﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﻦ(‬ ‫ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻷﻡم ﻧﻔﺴﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻻ ﺗﺘﻤﺘﻊ ﺑﺤﺎﻟﺔ “ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻮﺍاﺣﺪﺓة”‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮﺩد ﺍاﻵﻥن ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻝل ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﺃأﻭوﻁطﺎﻥن ﻻ‬ ‫ﺗﻘﻮﻡم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺎﺕت ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺑﻞ ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﻣﺤﺪﺩدﺓة‬ ‫ﺟﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺎً ﻭوﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺎً ﺑﻔﻌﻞ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﯿﺒﺎﺕت ﻭوﻅظﺮﻭوﻑف ﻣﻄﻠﻊ ﺍاﻟﻘﺮﻥن‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺃأﻭوﺟﺪﺕت ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﻫﮬﮪھﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻝل ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﺇإﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻁطﺒﻌﺎً ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺇإﻳﺠﺎﺩد ﺩدﻭوﻟﺔ ﺇإﺳﺮﺍاﺋﻴﯿﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻠﺐ ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻟﻘﺪ ﺗﺮﺍاﻓﻖ ﺗﺤﻮّﻝل ﺍاﻷﻣﻢ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺩدﻭوﻝل ‪-‬ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻟﻘﻮﻣﻴﯿﺎﺕت ﺇإﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﺕت ﺧﺎﺻﺔ‪ -‬ﻣﻊ ﺳﻘﻮﻁط ﺍاﻻﻣﺒﺮﺍاﻁطﻮﺭرﻳﺎﺕت‪ ،٬‬ﺑﺤﻜﻢ ﺍاﻟﺘﻀﺎﺭرﺏب‬ ‫ﺣﻜﻮﻣﺎ ٍ‬ ‫ﻣﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺃأﺻﻼ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻭوﺟﻮﺩد ﺇإﻣﺒﺮﺍاﻁطﻮﺭرﻳ ٍ‬ ‫ﻢ ﺃأﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺃأ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺔ ﺗﻀ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺪﻋﻮﺍاﺕت ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺍاﺳﺘﻘﻼﻝل ﺍاﻷﻣﻢ ﻭوﺑﻨﺎء ﺍاﻟﻜﻴﯿﺎﻥن‪/‬ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻟﺔ ﻟﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪) .‬ﻣﺜﺎﻝل‬ ‫ﻗﻮﻣﻴﯿﺎﺕت ﺍاﻻﺗﺤﺎﺩد ﺍاﻟﺴﻮﻓﻴﯿﻴﯿﺘﻲ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺮّﺭرﺕت ﺍاﻵﻥن ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻴﯿﻤﻨﺔ‬

‫ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭوﺟﻮﺩد ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم‪ ،٬‬ﻟﻜﱠﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﺭرﺓة ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺒﺎﺋﻞ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ‬ ‫ﺪﺩدﺓة ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﺠﺰﻳﺮﺓة ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ‪ ..‬ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﻭوﺑﻤﻮﺍاﻗﻊ ﺟﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﺤ ّ‬ ‫“ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭرﻳﺔ” ﺍاﻵﻥن‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺃأﺳﺘﺤﺴﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﺴﻤﻴﯿﺘﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺏب”ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ” – َ‬ ‫ﻛﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﱠﺔ ﺍاﻧﺘﻤﺎٍء ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻏﻴﯿﺮ ﻋﻨﺼﺮﻱي‬ ‫ﻭوﻏﻴﯿﺮ ﻗﺒﻠﻲ‪ -‬ﺑﺪﺃأﺕت ﻣﻊ ﻅظﻬﮭﮫﻮﺭر ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻣﻊ ﺍاﺭرﺗﺒﺎﻁط ﺍاﻟﻠﻐﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاٍﺩد ﻋﺮﺏب‪..‬‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮﺁآﻥن ﺍاﻟﻜﺮﻳﻢ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻨﺸﺮ ﺍاﻟﺪﻋﻮﺓة ﺑﻮﺍاﺳﻄﺔ ﺭر ﱠ‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺇإﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺣﻀﺎﺭرﻳﺔ ﻣﻤﻴﯿﱠﺰﺓة ﺃأﻭوﺟﺪﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ ﻛﻠﻐﺔ ﻧﺘﻴﯿﺠﺔ ﺍاﺭرﺗﺒﺎﻁط ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻋﺎء ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‬ ‫ﻣﺎﺿﻴﯿﺎً ﻭوﺣﺎﺿﺮﺍاً ﻭوﻣﺴﺘﻘﺒﻼ ً‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻫﮬﮪھﻜﺬﺍا ﺃأﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﺍاﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭرﻳﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ ﺫذﺍاﺕت‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﻀﻤﻮﻥن ﺍاﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭرﻱي ﺍاﻟﺬﻱي ﺟﺎء ﺑﻪ ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﺎﻟﱠﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺧﺮﺟﺖ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺩدﺍاﺋﺮﺓة ﺍاﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮ ﺍاﻟﻘﺒﻠﻲ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻭوﺩد‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺠﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺼﻐﻴﯿﺮﺓة‪ ،٬‬ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺩدﺍاﺋﺮٍﺓة ﺗﱠﺘﺴﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻔﻬﮭﮫﺎ‬ ‫ﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻨﺪﻣﺞ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ‬ ‫ﻝل”ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ” ﻟﻴﯿﺸﻤﻞ ﻛ ّ‬ ‫ﺾ ﺍاﻟﱠﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺃأﺻﻮﻟﻪ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻗﻴﯿﺔ ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻷﺛﻨﻴﯿﺔ ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻟﻘﺒﻠﻴﯿﺔ ﺃأﻭو‬ ‫ﺑﻐ ﱢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻹﻁطﺎﺭر ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻭوﻓﻲ‬ ‫‪-2‬‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻫﮬﮪھﻢ ﺃأ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺍاﻹﻁطﺎﺭر ﺍاﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭرﻱي ﻭوﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﻘﺎﻳﻴﯿﺲ ﺍاﻟﺘﺎﺭرﻳﺨﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺠﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫)ﺍاﺷﺘﺮﺍاﻙك ﻓﻲ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺍاﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﺎﺭرﻳﺦ ﻭوﺍاﻷﺭرﺽض(‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻲ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﻟﻜﱠﻨﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺠﺘﻤﻌﻮﺍا ﺗﺎﺭرﻳﺨﻴﯿﺎً ﻓﻲ ﺇإﻁطﺎٍﺭر ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳ ﱟ‬ ‫ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩدﺓة‬ ‫ﺻﺔ” ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم‪ ،٬‬ﺛﻢ ﻛﺤﻀﺎﺭرٍﺓة ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻟﻪ‬ ‫ﻙك”ﺛﻘﺎﻓ ٍ‬ ‫ﺔ ﺧﺎ ﱠ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة‪ ،٬‬ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻣ ٍ‬ ‫ﺴﺪ ﺑﻌُﺪ ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺎ ﻛﺄ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻭوﺑﻌﺪﻩه‪ ،٬‬ﻟﻜﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻟﻢ ﺗﺘﺠ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻲ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس ﻣﺮﺟﻌﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ‬ ‫ﺇإﻁطﺎﺭر ﻛﻴﯿﺎ ٍ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳ ﱟ‬ ‫ﻛﺎﻧﺘﻤﺎء‪ .‬ﺇإ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺔ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻷﺭرﺽض ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺳﻠﻄ ٍ‬ ‫ﻣﺮﺍاﺣﻞ ﻋﺪﻳﺪﺓة ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﺘﺎﺭرﻳﺦ‪ ،٬‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس ﻣﺮﺟﻌﻴﯿٍﺔ ﺩدﻳﻨﻴﯿٍﺔ‬ ‫ﻲ ﻋﺮﺑﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺇإﺳﻼﻣﻴﯿﺔ )ﺍاﻟﺨﻼﻓﺔ( ﻻ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس ﻗﻮﻣ‬ ‫ﱟ‬ ‫ٍ‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ﺇإ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻲ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺣﻀﺎﺭر ﱟ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍاﻧﺘﻤﺎٍء ﺇإﻟﻰ ﻣﻀﻤﻮ ٍ‬ ‫ﻱي ﺇإﺳﻼﻣ ﱟ‬ ‫ﻣﻤﻴﯿﱠﺰ ﺑﻌﻼﻗﺘﻪ ﻣﻊ ﺍاﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺗﻘﻮﻡم ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺎﻋﺪﺓة ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﺭرﻏﻢ ﺗﻮ ﱢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﱠﺔ‪ .‬ﺇإﻻ ﺃأ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻣﺔ ﻓﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻓﺮ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻜﻮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻷ ﱠ‬

‫ﻞ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺣﺠﺮ‬ ‫ﺇإ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻛ ّ‬ ‫ﻞ ﺃأﻓﻀﻞ ﺩدﺍاﺧﻞ ﺍاﻟﺒﻠﺪﺍاﻥن‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺰﺍاﻭوﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﺒﻨﺎء ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺸﻮﺩد ﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒ ٍ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻟﺒﻌﺾ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﺑﺪﺍاﺋﻠﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻟﻴﯿﺴﺖ ُ‬ ‫ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺎﺕت‬ ‫ﻭوﺣﻴﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﺗﻀﻌﻒ ﺍاﻟُﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﺣﺪﺓة ﻟﻠﺸﻌﻮﺏب‪ ،٬‬ﺑﻞ ﺍاﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﺎﺕت ﺣﺎﺩدّﺓة ﺗﻮﻟﺪ ﺣﺮﻭوﺑﺎً‬ ‫ﻭوﻁطﻨﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﻮ ّ‬ ‫ﺃأﻫﮬﮪھﻠﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﻧﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺃأﻥن ﺗﺄﻛﻞ ﺍاﻷﺧﻀﺮ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻴﯿﺎﺑﺲ ﻣﻌﺎً‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏب ﺗﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﺧﻼﻝل ﻣﺮﺍاﺣﻞ ﺗﻄﻮّﺭرﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻷﺳﺮﺓة ﺇإﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﺇإ ّ‬ ‫ﻢ ﻧﺮﻳﺪ‬ ‫ﻢ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻦ ﻭوﺍاﻷﻣﻢ‪ ،٬‬ﻓِﻠ َ‬ ‫ﻢ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺍاﻟﻘﺒﻴﯿﻠﺔ ﺛ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺸﻴﯿﺮﺓة ﺛ ّ‬ ‫ﺃأﻥن ﻧﻌﻴﯿﺪ ﺩدﻭوﺭرﺓة ﺍاﻟﺰﻣﻦ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺍاﻟﻮﺭرﺍاء؟ ﺑﻞ ﻣﺎﺫذﺍا ﻓﻌﻠﻨﺎ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ‬ ‫ﺪﻡم ﻭوﺗﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺪﻻ ً ﻣﻦ ﺩدﻓﻌﻬﮭﮫﺎ‬ ‫ﺃأﻭوﻁطﺎﻧﻨﺎ ﻭوﺍاﺣﺪﺓة ﺗﺘﻄﻮّﺭر ﻭوﺗﺘﻘ ّ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﻌﻮﺩدﺓة ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺣﺮﻭوﺏب ﺍاﻟﻘﺒﺎﺋﻞ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻄﻮﺍاﺋﻒ؟!‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻦ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏب ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﺃأﻓﺮﺍاﺩد‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻷ ّ‬ ‫ﻭوﻷ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ ﻳﺘﻮﻗّﻒ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻮﺍاﻁطﻨﻴﯿﻦ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﻞ‬ ‫ﻞ ﻣﻮﺍاﻁطﻦ ﻋﺮﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻛ ّ‬ ‫ﻤﻞ ﻛ ّ‬ ‫ﻞ ﻓﺮﺩد ﻓﻴﯿﻪ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻳﺘﺤ ّ‬ ‫ﻣﺠﻬﮭﮫﻮﺩد ﻛ ّ‬ ‫ﻣﻜﺎﻥن ﻣﺴﺆﻭوﻟﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺃأﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﺭرﺳﻢ ﺁآﻓﺎﻕق ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻣﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺗﺼﺤﻴﯿﺢ ﺧﻠﻞ ﺍاﻟﻤﻌﺎﺩدﻟﺔ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ ﺍاﻹﻳﺠﺎﺑﻲ ﻟﻸ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺗﺎﺭرﻳﺨﻴﯿﺎً ﻭوﺟﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺎً ﻭوﺣﻀﺎﺭرﻳﺎً‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻮﺍاﻗﻊ ﺍاﻟﺴﻠﺒﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻵﻥن ﻟﻸﻭوﻁطﺎﻥن ﻭوﺍاﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏب ﻣﻌﺎً‪..‬‬ ‫ﺪﺩد ﺑﻤﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺃأﺷﻜﺎﻟﻬﮭﮫﻤﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻣﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻻﺧﺘﻼﻑف ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺇإ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺘﻨﻮﻉع ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻌ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺨﻠﻖ ﻭوﺍاﻷﺟﻨﺎﺱس ﻭوﺍاﻟﻠﻐﺎﺕت ﻭوﺍاﻟﻄﻮﺍاﺋﻒ‪ ،٬‬ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺳﻨّﺔ ﺍاﻟﺨﺎﻟﻖ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺤﺘﻤﻴﯿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه ﺍاﻷﺭرﺽض‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺍاﻟﻄﺒﻴﯿﻌﺔ ﺗﺆﻛّﺪ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍاﻟﺤﻘﻴﯿﻘﺔ‬ ‫ﻥن ﻭوﻣﻜﺎﻥن‪ .‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﺧﻴﯿﺎﺭر ﺑﺸﺮﻱي ﻭوﻣﺸﻴﯿﺌﺔ‬ ‫ﻞ ﺯزﻣﺎ ٍ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﻛ ﱢ‬ ‫ﺪﺩد”‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺇإﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﯿﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﻛﻴﯿﻔﻴﯿ ّﺔ ﺍاﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا “ﺍاﻟﺘﻨﻮﻉع ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻌ ّ‬ ‫ﻢ ﺍاﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩد ﺿﻮﺍاﺑﻂ ﻷﺳﺎﻟﻴﯿﺐ ﺍاﻟﺘﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺪﺙث ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺛ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ “ﺍاﻟﺘﻌﺪﺩدﻳﺔ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻷﺛﻨﻴﯿﺔ”‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓﻠﻴﯿﺲ ﺍاﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏب ﻋﺮﺑﻴﯿﺎً‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﻏﻴﯿﺮ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ ﺃأﺻﻼ ً‪ ،٬‬ﺃأﻥن ﺗﺘﻮﻗّﻒ ﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﻈﺎﻫﮬﮪھﺮ ﺍاﻻﻧﻘﺴﺎﻡم ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ‪ .‬ﻓﻬﮭﮫﺬﻩه ﺩدﻋﻮﺓة ﻟﻠﺠﻤﻮﺩد‬ ‫ﻭوﻟﻤﻨﺎﻗﻀﺔ ﻁطﺒﻴﯿﻌﺔ ﺍاﻟﺤﻴﯿﺎﺓة ﻭوﺳﻨّﺘﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﻮﻡم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍاﻟﺘﺤﻮّﻝل‬ ‫ﺽض ﻭوﺣﺎﺿﺮ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﺘﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍاﺭر‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻋﻠﻰ ﺍاﻟﺘﺼﺎﺭرﻉع ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻣﺎ ٍ‬

‫ﻣﺔ ﻟﺒﻨﺎء ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺤﺪﻳﺜﺔ ﻭوﻟﺘﻮﻓﻴﯿﺮ ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺎﺥخ‬ ‫ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه ﺃأﺳﺲ ﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ّ‬ ‫ﺪﻣﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓة ﺍاﻷﻭوﻁطﺎﻥن ﻭوﻟﺘﻘ ّ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭوﻟﻤﻨﻊ ﺍاﻻﻫﮬﮪھﺘﺮﺍاء ﻓﻲ ﺃأﻧﻈﻤﺘﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﻗﻮﺍاﻧﻴﯿﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻛﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺃأﻳﻀﺎً ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻊ ﺗﺤﻮّﻝل ﺍاﻷﺯزﻣﺎﺕت ﺍاﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩدﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﯿﺔ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺑﺮﺍاﻛﻴﯿﻦ ﻧﺎﺭر ﺗﺤﺮﻕق ﻧﻔﺴﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﻣﻦ ﺣﻮﻟﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺇإﺫذﻥن‪ ،٬‬ﻣﻦ ﻏﻴﯿﺮ ﺗﻮﻓّﺮ ﻣﻘﻮﻣﺎﺕت ﻧﻈﺎﻡم ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳﻲ ﺩدﻳﻤﻘﺮﺍاﻁطﻲ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺘﺤﻮّﻝل ﺇإﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺃأ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻱي ﺿﻐﻂ ﻋﻨﻔﻲ ﻟﺘﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿ ٍ‬ ‫ﺃأﺩدﺍاﺓة ﺗﻔﺠﻴﯿﺮ ﺍاﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭوﺃأﻣﻨﻲ ﻳﺼﻌﺐ ﺍاﻟﺘﺤﻜّﻢ ﺑﻨﺘﺎﺋﺠﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﻋﺪﻡم ﺍاﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍاﻡم ﺑﺄﺳﺎﻟﻴﯿﺐ ﺍاﻟﺘﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻤﻘﺮﺍاﻁطﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﻛﺬﻟﻚ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﺮﺍاً ﻟﻼﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺴﻠﻤﻴﯿﺔ ﻧﺤﻮ ﻣﺴﺎﺭرﺍاﺕت ﻋﻨﻴﯿﻔﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻻﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺴﻠﻤﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺼﺤﻴﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕت ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝج‬ ‫ﻟﻀﻤﺎﻧﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺘﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻤﻘﺮﺍاﻁطﻲ ﺍاﻟﻼﻋﻨﻔﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﻛﻤﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﻤﻌﺎﺭرﺿﻴﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﺎً‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻗﺪ ﻳﺴﺎﻋﺪ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﻲ ﺗﻌﻤﻴﯿﻖ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه ﺍاﻟﺨﻼﺻﺎﺕت‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺮﺯز ﻣﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻻ ﻳﺤﺪﺙث‬ ‫ﻋﺎﺩدﺓة ﻟﺪﻯى ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺸﻐﻠﻴﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻫﮬﮪھﻤﻮﻡم ﺗﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕت‪.‬‬ ‫ﻘﻖ ﺧﻄﻮﺍاﺕت ﺇإﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﺒﻤﻘﺪﻭوﺭر ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺃأﻥن ﺗﺤ ّ‬ ‫ﺃأﻭوﺳﻊ ﻟﻮ ﻭوﺿﻌﺖ ﺑﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭرﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﻻﺋﺤﺔ “ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺍاﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏب” ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه‪:‬‬ ‫ﺃأﻭوﻻ ً‪ :‬ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺍاﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏب ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺎﺕت ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻣﺨﺎﻁطﺮ ﺗﻔﻜﻴﯿﻚ ﺍاﻟﻜﻴﯿﺎﻧﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﺨﻠﻂ‬ ‫ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡم ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﻛﻢ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻜﻴﯿﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻲ ﺍاﻟﻮﺍاﺣﺪ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﺧﻄﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻦ ﻛﻠ ّﻪ‪ .‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺿﺮﻭوﺭرﻱي ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ ﺃأﺷﺨﺎﺹص‬ ‫ﻭوﺳﻠﻄﺎﺕت ﻭوﻗﻮﺍاﻧﻴﯿﻦ ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺗﻬﮭﮫﺪﻳﻢ ﺃأﺳﺲ ﺍاﻟﻜﻴﯿﺎﻥن ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻲ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻟﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺛﺎﻧﻴﯿﺎً‪ :‬ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺿﺮﻭوﺭرﻱي ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺭرﻓﺾ ﺃأﺳﻠﻮﺏب ﺍاﻟﻌﻨﻒ ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﻠ ّﺢ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻖ ﺍاﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭوﻣﺔ ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺮﻭوﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃأﺟﻞ‬ ‫ﺃأﺟﻞ ﺍاﻟﺘﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺣ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﺮ ﺣﻴﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﺗﻜﻮﻥن ﻫﮬﮪھﻨﺎﻙك ﺃأﺟﺰﺍاء ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻦ ﺧﺎﺿﻌﺔ‬ ‫ﻟﻼﺣﺘﻼﻝل‪.‬‬ ‫ﺪ‬ ‫ﺃأﻳﻀﺎً‪ ،٬‬ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺏب ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺃأﺳﻠﻮﺏب ﺍاﻟﻤﻘﺎﻭوﻣﺔ ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺮﻭوﻉع ﺿ ّ‬

‫ﺍاﻻﻧﻔﺘﺎﺡح ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍاﻟﺨﺎﺭرﺝج ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﺘﺒﻌﻴﯿ ّﺔ ﻟﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺧﺎﻣﺴﺎً‪ :‬ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻻﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﺍاﻟﻘَﺪﺭرﻱي ﻟﻠﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺤﺮﻛﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻘﻮﻣﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺍاﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﺛﻘﺎﻓ ّ‬ ‫ﻞ ﺃأﺑﻨﺎﺋﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻛﻠ ّﻬﮭﮫﻢ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﺣﻀﺎﺭرﻳﺔ ﻟﻜ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺤﺮﻛﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻘﻮﻣﻴﯿﺔ ﻫﮬﮪھﻲ ﺣﺮﻛﺎﺕت ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺔ ﻟﻬﮭﮫﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﯿﻦ ﺃأ ّ‬ ‫ﻣﻀﺎﻣﻴﯿﻦ ﻓﻜﺮﻳﺔ ﻭوﻋﻘﺎﺋﺪﻳﺔ )ﺭرﺑ ّﻤﺎ ﻣﺘﺼﺎﺭرﻋﺔ ﺃأﺣﻴﯿﺎﻧﺎً ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ(‪ ،٬‬ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎً ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﺃأﻳﻀﺎً ﺣﺎﻝل ﺍاﻟﺤﺮﻛﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻭوﺿﺮﻭوﺭرﺓة ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﺟﺘﻬﮭﮫﺎﺩدﺍاﺗﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻟﻔﻜﺮﻳﺔ ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺳﺎﺩدﺳﺎً‪ :‬ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻗﺪﺳﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻜﺘﺐ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺮﺳﺎﻻﺕت‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺴﻤﺎﻭوﻳﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺇإﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻔﻘﻬﮭﮫﺎء ﻭوﺭرﺟﺎﻝل ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺤﺮﻛﺎﺕت‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺴﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺃأﺳﻤﺎًء ﺩدﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﻼ ﻳﺠﻮﺯز ﺗﻜﻔﻴﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﺍاﻵﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﻟﻤﺠﺮّﺩد ﺍاﺧﺘﻼﻓﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻣﻊ ﺭرﺃأﻱي ﻓﻘﻴﯿﻪ ﺃأﻭو ﻋﺎﻟﻢ ﺩدﻳﻨﻲ ﺃأﻭو‬ ‫ﺣﺮﻛﺔ ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺔ ﺩدﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪.‬‬


‫ﺍاﻵﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﻟﻤﺠﺮّﺩد ﺍاﺧﺘﻼﻓﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻣﻊ ﺭرﺃأﻱي ﻓﻘﻴﯿﻪ ﺃأﻭو ﻋﺎﻟﻢ ﺩدﻳﻨﻲ ﺃأﻭو‬ ‫ﺣﺮﻛﺔ ﺳﻴﯿﺎﺳﻴﯿﺔ ﺩدﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺳﺎﺑﻌﺎً‪ :‬ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻟﺔ )ﻭوﻟﻴﯿﺲ ﻓﺼﻞ ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ(‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﺍاﻟﻤﺮﺟﻌﻴﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻊ ﺍاﻟﺪﻧﻴﯿﻮﻱي‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺸﻌﺒﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺘ َ‬ ‫ﺨﺒﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﺿﺮﻭوﺭرﻱي‬ ‫ﺟ ﻪ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻤﻴﯿﺔ ﺩدﻭوﺭر ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻋﺪﻡم ﺯز ّ‬ ‫ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺃأﻫﮬﮪھ ّ‬ ‫ﻣﻬﮭﮫﺎﻡم ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﻟﺔ ﻭوﺳﻠﻄﺎﺗﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺏب ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﻗﺪﺭرﺗﻨﺎ ﻛﻌﺮﺏب ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺼﺤﻴﯿﺢ‬ ‫ﺃأﺧﻴﯿﺮﺍاً‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺘﻤﻴﯿﻴﯿﺰ ﻣﻄﻠﻮ ٌ‬ ‫ﺍاﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﺎﺗﻨﺎ ﺍاﻟﺠﻐﺮﺍاﻓﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃأﺟﻞ ﺣﺎﺿﺮﻧﺎ ﻭوﻣﺴﺘﻘﺒﻠﻨﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺍاﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﺎﺗﻨﺎ ﺍاﻟﺘﺎﺭرﻳﺨﻴﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﺎﺿﻲ ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﻣﺎ ﺯزﻟﻨﺎ ﻧﺤﻤﻠﻬﮭﮫﺎ‬ ‫ﻣﻌﻨﺎ ﺟﻴﯿﻼ ً ﺑﻌﺪ ﺟﻴﯿﻞ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻻ ﻗﺪﺭرﺓة ﻟﻨﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻐﻴﯿﻴﯿﺮﻫﮬﮪھﺎ ﺃأﺻﻼ ً!‬ ‫ﺩدﻭوٌﺭر ﻣﻨﺸﻮﺩد ﻟﻠﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب‬ ‫ﻣﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻴﯿﻮﻡم ﺇإﻟﻰ “ﻋﻤﻞ ﻧﻬﮭﮫﻀﻮﻱي ﻋﺮﺑﻲ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ ﺃأﺣﻮﺝج ﺍاﻷ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺷﺎﻣﻞ” ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﻓﻴﯿﻪ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺃأﺑﻨﺎﺋﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻟﻤﻘﻴﯿﻤﻴﯿﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻼﺩد‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻣﻊ ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺘﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻘﺎﻉع ﺍاﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ‪ ،٬‬ﻟﻴﯿﺸﻜّﻠﻮﺍا ﻣﻌﺎً‬ ‫ﻣﺘﻬﮭﮫﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺟﺐ ﻷﻭوﻁطﺎﻧﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻭوﺃأ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺭرﻭوّﺍاﺩد ﺍاﻟﻨﻬﮭﮫﻀﺔ ﻭوﻁطﻼﺋﻊ ﺍاﻹﺻﻼﺡح ﺍاﻟﻤﺘﻮ ّ‬ ‫ﺇإ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻣﺔ ﺗﻜﺒﺮ ﻳﻮﻣﺎً ﺑﻌﺪ ﻳﻮﻡم‪ ،٬‬ﻟﻴﯿﺲ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﺪﺙث‬ ‫ﻥن ﻣﺄﺳﺎﺓة ﺍاﻷ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺭرﺿﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻓﻘﻂ‪ ،٬‬ﺑﻞ ﻧﺘﻴﯿﺠﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺨﺮﺝج ﻣﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻔﺎءﺍاﺕت‬ ‫ﻭوﺃأﻣﻮﺍاﻝل ﻭوﺃأﺩدﻣﻐﺔ…‬ ‫ﺇإ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺘﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻟﻮﻻﻳﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﺨﻤﺴﻴﯿﻦ ﺍاﻷﻣﻴﯿﺮﻛﻴﯿﺔ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻳﺠﻌﻞ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍاﻟﻜﻔﺎءﺓة ﺃأﻭو ﺭرﺟﻞ ﺍاﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝل ﺍاﻷﻣﻴﯿﺮﻛﻲ ﻳﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺔ ﻣﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﺇإﺫذﺍا ﻣﺎ ﺍاﺿﻄﺮﺑﺖ ﺍاﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﯿﺎً ﺃأﻭو ﺃأﻣﻨﻴﯿﺎً ﺃأﻭو ﺍاﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩدﻳﺎً‪ ،٬‬ﺇإﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﻭوﻻﻳ ٍ‬ ‫ﺔ ﺃأﻣﻴﯿﺮﻛﻴﯿﺔ ﺃأﺧﺮﻯى‪ ..‬ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﻝل ﺍاﻵﻥن ﺑﻴﯿﻦ ﺩدﻭوﻝل ﺍاﻻﺗﺤﺎﺩد‬ ‫ﻭوﻻﻳ ٍ‬ ‫ﺍاﻷﻭوﺭرﻭوﺑﻲ‪ .‬ﻓﻬﮭﮫﻲ ﺃأﻣﻢ ﺗﺤﺘﻔﻆ ﺑﺄﺩدﻣﻐﺘﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﺃأﻣﻮﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻭوﺑﺸﺒﺎﺑﻬﮭﮫﺎ‬ ‫ﻭوﺧﺒﺮﺍاﺗﻬﮭﮫﺎ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﻼ ﺗﻨﻀﺐ ﻭوﻻ ُﺗﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮ ﺛﺮﻭوﺍاﺗﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻟﻤﺎﺩدﻳﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ!‬ ‫ﻟﻘﺪ ﺗﻮ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻓﺮﺕت ﻟﻠﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺍاﻟﻐﺮﺏب‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺮﺻﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﻴﯿﺶ‬ ‫ﺾ ﺍاﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺎﺗﻬﮭﮫﻢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺑﻐ ﱢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﻮ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻓﺮ ﺇإﻣﻜﺎﻥن ﺑﻨﺎء ﺍاﻟﻨﻤﻮﺫذﺝج ﺍاﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏب ﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ‬


‫ﺾ ﺍاﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺎﺗﻬﮭﮫﻢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺑﻐ ﱢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻴﯿﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﻮ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻓﺮ ﺇإﻣﻜﺎﻥن ﺑﻨﺎء ﺍاﻟﻨﻤﻮﺫذﺝج ﺍاﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏب ﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺃأﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺠﺎﻝل‪ .‬ﺃأﻳﻀﺎً ﺃأﺗﺎﺣﺖ ﻟﻬﮭﮫﻢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻐﺮﺏب ﻓﺮﺹص ﺍاﻻﺣﺘﻜﺎﻙك ﻣﻊ ﺗﺠﺎﺭرﺏب ﺩدﻳﻤﻘﺮﺍاﻁطﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﺪﺩدﺓة ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻤﻤﻜﻦ ﺍاﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩدﺓة ﻣﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻋﺮﺑﻴﯿﺎً ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻹﻁطﺎﺭرﻳﻦ‬ ‫ﻣﺘﻌ ّ‬ ‫ﻥن ﻟﻠﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻔﺮﺩدﻱي ﻭوﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﻲ‪ .‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﻤﻴﯿ ّﺰﺓة ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻹﺻﻼﺡح ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺸﻮﺩد‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻳﻌﻴﯿﺸﻮﻥن ﺍاﻵﻥن‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻦ ﻟﻸﺳﻒ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﺈ ّ‬ ‫ﻣﺤﻨﺔ ﺍاﺭرﺗﺠﺎﺝج ﻭوﺿﻌﻒ ﻓﻲ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺘﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﻓﻲ ُ‬ ‫ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﺑﻠﺪ‬ ‫ﺟﺪﻭوﺍا‪ ،٬‬ﻳﻨﺘﻤﻮﻥن‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﺠﺮﺓة ﻧﻔﺴﻪ‪ .‬ﻓﺎﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻭوﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب‪ ،٬‬ﺃأﻳﻨﻤﺎ ُﻭو ِ‬ ‫ﻢ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻠﻴﯿﺎً ﺇإﻟﻰ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳﺘﻴﯿﻦ‪ :‬ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﺃأﻭوﻁطﺎﻧﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻷﺻﻠﻴﯿﺔ ﺛ ّ‬ ‫ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻦ ﺍاﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﺍاﻟﺬﻱي ﻫﮬﮪھﺎﺟﺮﻭوﺍا ﺇإﻟﻴﯿﻪ‪ .‬ﻭوﻗﺪ ﺗﻔﺎﻋﻠﺖ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺴﻨﻮﺍاﺕت ﺍاﻷﺧﻴﯿﺮﺓة‪ ،٬‬ﺧﺎﺻّﺔ ﻋﻘﺐ ﺃأﺣﺪﺍاﺙث ‪ 11‬ﺳﺒﺘﻤﺒﺮ ‪،٬2001‬‬ ‫ﺟﻤﻠﺔ ﺗﻄﻮّﺭرﺍاﺕت ﺍاﻧﻌﻜﺴﺖ ﺳﻠﺒﻴﯿﺎً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺘﻴﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﺎً‪ .‬ﻭوﻗﺪ‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻧﻰ ﺍاﻟﻜﺜﻴﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻐﺮﺏب ﻣﻦ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﺍاﻟﺸﻌﻮﺭر‬ ‫ﺖ ﺑﺼﻠﺔ ﺇإﻟﻰ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺴﻠﺒﻲ ﺣﻴﯿﺎﻟﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻭوﺣﻴﯿﺎﻝل ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻤ ّ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺑﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻡم‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍاﻷﺧﻄﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺫذﻟﻚ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب‪ ،٬‬ﻫﮬﮪھﻮ ﺍاﻟﺘﺸﻜّﻚ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺬﺍاﺗﻲ ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﺻﻞ ﻟﺪﻯى ﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻳ ّﺘﻪ ﺍاﻷﺻﻠﻴﯿﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻣﺤﺎﻭوﻟﺔ ﺍاﻻﺳﺘﻌﺎﺿﺔ ﻋﻨﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺑﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳ ّﺎﺕت ﻓﺌﻮﻳﺔ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺫذﻭو ﻁطﺎﺑﻊ‬ ‫ﻁطﺎﺋﻔﻲ ﻭوﻣﺬﻫﮬﮪھﺒﻲ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺑﻌﻀﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺍاﻵﺧﺮ ﺇإﺛﻨﻲ ﺃأﻭو ﻣﻨﺎﻁطﻘﻲ ﺃأﻭو ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺃأﺣﺴﻦ ﺍاﻟﺤﺎﻻﺕت ﺇإﻗﻠﻴﯿﻤﻲ‪ .‬ﻭوﺭرﺑ ّﻤﺎ ﻳﺮﺟﻊ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﺪﺙث ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﺮﺍاﺟﻊ ﻭوﺿﻌﻒ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ “ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳ ّﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ” ﺇإﻟﻰ ﻁطﻐﻴﯿﺎﻥن‬ ‫ﺍاﻻﻧﻘﺴﺎﻣﺎﺕت ﻭوﺳﻤﺎﺕت ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻊ “ﺍاﻟﺠﺎﻫﮬﮪھﻠﻴﯿﺔ” ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﺍاﻧﻌﻜﺎﺱس ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﺍا ﺍاﻷﻣﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺑﻨﺎﺋﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺪﺍاﺧﻞ ﻭوﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﺨﺎﺭرﺝج‪.‬‬ ‫ﻥن ﺍاﻟﺪﻭوﺭر ﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺸﻮﺩد ﻋﺮﺑﻴﯿﺎً ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ُﻳﺤﺘّﻢ ﻋﻠﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﻢ‬ ‫ﺇإ ّ‬ ‫ﺃأﻭوﻻ ً ﺗﺤﺴﻴﯿﻦ ﻭوﺇإﺻﻼﺡح ﻣﺎ ﻫﮬﮪھﻢ ﻋﻠﻴﯿﻪ ﺍاﻵﻥن ﻣﻦ ﺧﻠﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ ﻭوﻣﻦ ﺳﻠﺒﻴﯿﺔ ﺗﺠﺎﻩه ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕت ﺍاﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻐﺮﺏب‪.‬‬


‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻐﺮﺏب‪.‬‬ ‫ﻢ ﻻ ﻳﺴﺘﻔﻴﯿﺪ ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻭوﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﻣﻦ ﺗﺠﺎﺭرﺏب ﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﻻ ﺃأﻋﻠﻢ ﻟِ َ‬ ‫ﺪﻣﺘﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻄﻠﻊ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺍاﻟﻬﮭﮫﺠﺮﺓة ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻐﺮﺏب‪ ،٬‬ﻛﺎﻥن ﻓﻲ ﻣﻘ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻘﺮﻥن ﺍاﻟﻌﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﺍاﻷﺩدﺑﺎء ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﺫذﻭوﻱي ﺍاﻷﺻﻮﻝل ﺍاﻟﻠﺒﻨﺎﻧﻴﯿﺔ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﺃأﺳﺘﻮﻁطﻨﻮﺍا ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﻈﻤﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺑﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻧﻴﯿﻮﻳﻮﺭرﻙك ﺍاﻷﻣﻴﯿﺮﻛﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﻭوﺷﻜّﻠﻮﺍا ﻓﻴﯿﻤﺎ ﺑﻴﯿﻨﻬﮭﮫﻢ “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ ﺍاﻟﻘﻠﻤﻴﯿﺔ” ﺑﻤﺒﺎﺩدﺭرﺓة ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻜﺎﺗﺐ‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﻤﻔﻜﺮ ﺟﺒﺮﺍاﻥن ﺧﻠﻴﯿﻞ ﺟﺒﺮﺍاﻥن‪ ،٬‬ﺣﻴﯿﺚ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﮬﮪھﺬﻩه “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ”‬ ‫ﻧﻤﻮﺫذﺟﺎً ﻟﻤﺎ ﻧﺤﺘﺎﺟﻪ ﺍاﻟﻴﯿﻮﻡم ﻓﻲ ﺩدﻭوﻝل ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺠﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﺘﺪﻳﺎﺕت‬ ‫ﻭوﺭرﻭوﺍاﺑﻂ ﻭوﺟﻤﻌﻴﯿﺎﺕت ﺗﻘﻮﻡم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﺳﺎﺱس ﺍاﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙك ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟُﻬﮭﮫﻮﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻻﻫﮬﮪھﺘﻤﺎﻣﺎﺕت ﻭوﺍاﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪ ،٬‬ﻻ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍاﻷﺻﻮﻝل ﺍاﻟﻮﻁطﻨﻴﯿﺔ‬ ‫ﻥن ﻛﻞ ﻫﮬﮪھﻮﻻء‬ ‫ﻭوﺍاﻟﻄﺎﺋﻔﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺍاﻟﻤﻨﺎﻁطﻘﻴﯿﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﻌﻠﻰ ﺍاﻟﺮﻏﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺃأ ّ‬ ‫ﺍاﻷﺩدﺑﺎء ﺍاﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﺟﻤﻌﺘﻬﮭﮫﻢ “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ ﺍاﻟﻘﻠﻤﻴﯿﺔ” ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍا ﻣﻦ ﺃأﺻﻮﻝل‬ ‫ﻟﺒﻨﺎﻧﻴﯿﺔ ﻭوﺩدﻳﻨﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﺴﻴﯿﺤﻴﯿﺔ ﻓﺈﻥن “ﺭرﺍاﺑﻄﺘﻬﮭﮫﻢ” ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺍاﻷﺩدﺏب‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‪ ،٬‬ﻓﻠﻢ ﻳﺠﺘﻤﻌﻮﺍا ﺃأﻭو ﻳﻌﻤﻠﻮﺍا ﻓﻲ ﺃأﻁطﺮ ﻓﺌﻮﻳﺔ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻟﻢ‬ ‫ُﻳﻄﻠﻘﻮﺍا ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃأﻧﻔﺴﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺃأﺳﻢ “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ ﺍاﻟﻠﺒﻨﺎﻧﻴﯿﺔ” ﺃأﻭو “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻤﺴﻴﯿﺤﻴﯿﺔ”‪ .‬ﻓﻜﺎﻥن “ﻗﻠﻤﻬﮭﮫﻢ” ﻣﻦ ﺃأﺟﻞ ﻧﻬﮭﮫﻀﺔ ﺃأﻭوﻁطﺎﻧﻬﮭﮫﻢ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺾ ﺍاﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﻭوﻭوﺣﺪﺓة ﺷﻌﻮﺑﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻭوﻣﻦ ﺃأﺟﻞ ﺍاﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥن ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ ﺑﻐ ﱠ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮ ﻭوﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ‪ .‬ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻌﻞ ﺃأﺩدﺑﺎء ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺠﺮ ﺁآﻧﺬﺍاﻙك ﻓﻲ ﺃأﻣﻴﯿﺮﻛﺎ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺠﻨﻮﺑﻴﯿﺔ ﺣﻴﯿﺚ ﺃأﺳﺴﻮﺍا “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ ﺍاﻷﻧﺪﻟﺴﻴﯿﺔ” ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺮﺯزﺕت‬ ‫ﻓﻴﯿﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺃأﺳﻤﺎء ﺭرﺷﻴﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﻴﯿﻢ ﺍاﻟﺨﻮﺭرﻱي ﻭوﻓﻮﺯزﻱي ﺍاﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻑف ﻭوﺁآﺧﺮﻭوﻥن‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭوﻓﻲ ﻓﺘﺮﺓة ﺯزﻣﻨﻴﯿﺔ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺭرﺑﺔ ﻣﻊ ﻓﺘﺮﺓة ﺗﺄﺳﻴﯿﺲ “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻘﻠﻤﻴﯿﺔ” ﻓﻲ ﻧﻴﯿﻮﻳﻮﺭرﻙك‪ ،٬‬ﺣﺪﺛﺖ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﺍاﻹﺻﻼﺣﻲ ﺍاﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﺸﻴﯿﺦ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﻋﺒﺪﻩه ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝل ﺗﺄﺳﻴﯿﺲ ﻣﺠﻠﺔ “ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺓة‬ ‫ﺍاﻟﻮﺛﻘﻰ” ﻓﻲ ﺑﺎﺭرﻳﺲ‪ .‬ﻭوﻛﻤﺎ ﺣﺮﺹص ﺍاﻟﺸﻴﯿﺦ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﻋﺒﺪﻩه ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﻅظﻴﯿﻒ ﻣﻨﺒﺮﻩه )ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﻭوﺓة ﺍاﻟﻮﺛﻘﻰ( ﻹﺻﻼﺣﻴﯿﻴﯿﻦ ﻭوﻣﻔﻜﺮﻳﻴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺪﻣﺘﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﺍاﻟﺸﻴﯿﺦ ﺟﻤﺎﻝل ﺍاﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﺍاﻷﻓﻐﺎﻧﻲ‪،٬‬‬ ‫ﺁآﺧﺮﻳﻦ‪ ،٬‬ﻛﺎﻥن ﻓﻲ ﻣﻘ ّ‬ ‫ﺳﺴﻬﮭﮫﺎ ﺟﺒﺮﺍاﻥن ﻣﻨﺒﺮﺍاً‬ ‫ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ “ﺍاﻟﺮﺍاﺑﻄﺔ ﺍاﻟﻘﻠﻤﻴﯿﺔ” ﺍاﻟﺘﻲ ﺃأ ّ‬ ‫ﻟﻌﺪﺩد ﻣﻬﮭﮫﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻤﻔﻜﺮﻳﻦ ﻭوﺍاﻷﺩدﺑﺎء ﻛﻤﻴﯿﺨﺎﺋﻴﯿﻞ ﻧﻌﻴﯿﻤﺔ ﻭوﺇإﻳﻠﻴﯿﺎ ﺃأﺑﻮ‬ ‫ﻣﺎﺿﻲ‪ .‬ﻓﻬﮭﮫﺬﺍا ﺍاﻟﻨﻤﻮﺫذﺝج ﻣﻦ ﺍاﻟﻤﻬﮭﮫﺎﺟﺮﻳﻦ ﺍاﻟﻌﺮﺏب ﺃأﺩدﺭرﻙك ﻭوﺍاﺟﺒﻪ‬ ‫ﻭوﻣﺴﺆﻭوﻟﻴﯿﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺇإﺻﻼﺡح ﺍاﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍاﻟﺬﻱي ﻫﮬﮪھﺎﺟﺮ ﻣﻨﻪ‪ ،٬‬ﻭوﻓﻲ‬
