Statement
“Life is a palette of people and things that each of us interprets differently. There are no rules when it comes to the way we see, hear, taste, smell and feel the things around us. The various meanings of individual objects, thoughts, and ideas are what make our world more surprising everyday. My work focuses on how we absorb, decode, and restore the fragments of information that define our system. Existence is an infinite cycle; in the middle of it is imagination, the creative power.

In Africa, the Pirogue is an ultimate link between Earth, People and Ocean. Its slender structure allows it to smoothly travel across the unpredictable water surface while embracing the wind. Like a sylph, it carries the spirit of the air.

The resort layout will be in harmony with the environment by following the curves of the beach and the flow of the wind. It will express the contrast between the structure and symmetry of the boat opposed to the inconsistency of nature.

The layout of the suite imitates the proportions of the fish skeleton: the curved entrance leads to the head where the living area is located; the bedroom is at the heart of the boat and opens up into the bedroom at the tail. natural light & ventilation provide the guest with optimal comfort.
This three-story villa was remodeled into two separate condominiums and a private studio in order to accomodate the Mariotto family. The objective was to link the independant floors by using complementary materials and color schemes, while giving each space its individual strength. Just like their inhabitant, each apartment tells its own story while focusing on the importance of family and link.

The Container House was designed as a vacation home for a couple and their child on the sand dunes of Ocean beach in San Francisco. The containers layout is inspired by the uninterrupted fluidity of the ocean. Purity and simplicity were the keys conceptsc for this project as the focus was to emphasize the beauty of bare nature and the use of natural light and elements.

This Mexican restaurant was inspired by the slender shape or the chili pepper and its repetitive pattern of three, with the head, body and tail, versus the skin, membrane and seeds, which inspired the layout of the space for different experiences.

The Fuji apartment was remodeled following the concept of nature and growth. The objective was to create a space that would be more open and allow light to fully flow throughout. By using natural elements and colors in the living areas, the space is intended to breathe better. The palette was inspired from the ancient Fuji paintings.
