MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN COUNSEL COMES NOW Defendant, THE KROGER CO. (“Kroger”), by and through its attorneys of record, McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, and files this, its Motion for Withdrawal of Certain Counsel (the “Motion”) in this proceeding, and in support thereof, would show unto the Court the following: 1.
The Defendant Kroger has been represented in this proceeding by Edley H. Jones,
III, David A. Norris, and Stephen F. Schelver, all of the law firm of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC. 2.
Stephen F. Schelver will be leaving the law firm of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC
effective November 15, 2013, and should no longer be listed as counsel of record for Kroger in this proceeding. 3.
Edley H. Jones, III and David A. Norris, and the law firm of McGlinchey Stafford
PLLC will continue to serve as Kroger’s attorneys of record in this proceeding for all purposes. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Kroger respectfully requests that this Court allow Stephen F. Schelver to withdraw as one of the attorneys of record for Kroger, and that Edley H. Jones, III and David A. Norris, and the law firm of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC continue as the attorneys of record for Kroger in this proceeding for all purposes. The Defendant Kroger further prays for general relief.
