FOREWORD Eve Roustan, jeune juriste de 27 ans est la fondatrice de la marque TEA ADORO. Elle a été dés son plus jeune âge immergée dans le monde artiste grâce à sa mère galeriste. Passionnée par le thé et le design, elle désire allier ses deux passions. C'est pour cela, qu'elle ouvre début novembre 2013 son premier salon de thé, comptoir de thé et épicerie fine située dans "la rue du prestige" à Marseille, capitale européenne de la culture cette année là. Forte de son succès, elle souhaite ouvrir de nombreuses autres boutiques, notamment à l'international. Son concept est novateur. Il redonne au thé, une image plus artistique, plus belle, plus design... "The art of beauty". Le thé est un art, la beauté du thé l'est aussi...

Sharing an undeniable passion A trained lawyer, Eve Roustan decided to leave the courtroom and devote body and soul to her one true passion: tea. Travels took her to the four corners of the globe where she fell in love with their abundant delicacies. The only way she could fulfil her true desire was with a unique and original concept. CAKES Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake itself is especially soft owing to the use of fresh milk, fresh butter and fresh cream and natural Mananara del Madagascar* vanilla.

It is light in texture and enriched with Sicilian candied orange peel. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds.
