Babu Krishnamoorthy

Babu Krishnamoorthy is the founder & Chief Sherpa at Finsherpa Investments Pvt Ltd., a boutiquewealth management firm based in Chennai catering to financial needs of High Networth Clientsin India & abroad.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Babu has over 25 years of expertisein areas related to finance and money management. Prior to starting Finsherpa, Babu has co-founded Pelican Wealth and been associated with Allegro Capital, a leading Investment bankingand wealth management house.

A passionate thought leader in the personal finance space, Babu has authored the bestsellingbook “Unlock Secrets to a Wealthy Life” which helps young adults to start their investing journey ina methodical manner. As a professional speaker, Babu speaks on subjects relating to investmentand finance.

Babu is an avid reader of non-fiction books and is an amateur marathon runner. Babu is an activeRotarian and is a part of the Rotary Club of Madras East ( RCME) where he is involved varioussociety uplifting projects.

A Past President of IFA GALAXY (one of India’s oldest and leading associations for Mutual FundDistributors (MFDs) ), Babu has been at the forefront of helping the MFDs navigate themselves toa better place. During his presidency, he got 25 fellow distributors to co-author a book calledSTAY HUNGRY, STAY BULLISH, on how to build a Robust Mutual Fund Distribution Business.

Sunder Ananta

Sunder is an Executive Coach & Subject Matter Expert on Leadership skills and a Globally certified professional in Talent Development (Association of Talent Development) with over 31 years of international consulting experience for large corporations in US & India like Citrix, IBM, HP and Compaq.

As the Associate Director of Talent Strategy at Kyndryl, he spearheads research on industry trends and innovation in talent and leadership development, exploring best practices and emerging technologies to drive strategic talent management. Of specific interest is his role to develop leaders at all levels. He has trained and coached literally hundreds of leaders, in both group and 1-to-1 sessions. These include companies such as IBM, Cognizant, Ashok Leyland, DTDC and Michelin.

He has also been a Senior Facilitator for flagship leadership programs on topics like Principle centered leadership, Teaming and Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, Innovation and Negotiation.

He is certified in several instruments as shown and has developed and executed several experiential teaming events for companies like Michelin DTDC and Ashok Leyland where he led customized training games for engagement and teaming of their senior leaders.

As a certified Project Management Professional, Sunder has performed in various roles in technology and human resource functions. He has managed large teams and led projects across industries.

Shankar S Bhatt

Mr Shankar S Bhatt is the Founder of Credo Capital, which is a Mutual Funds

Distributors firm for the last 13 years. Prior to this he worked with some of the best brokerages in India and has exposure to both the bond & stock markets and collectively have about 24 plus years experience.

Earlier he worked as Senior Manager at IL&FS Investmart, Dealer - Fixed Income Group at Tower Capital and Securities and Manager Business Development at Rajnarayan Financial Service.

He completed his graduation B.Sc (Computer Science) at Bharathidasan University and DCM, Capital Market at ICFAI.
