His experience spans across P&G, Colgate Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, the TATA group, Al Futtaim Dubai at both User Base & User Influencer level. Along with this, through his expertise in Reiki, Pranic healing, Hypnotherapy, CBT & A.C.T(Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) he weaves MIND RE-PROGRAMMING Techniques, a combination that is exceptionally rare.

Despite what the outside world defines as having it all, he was blindsided by an emotional slump struggling with long bouts of depression and negativity that, at the time, felt impossible to get out of.
Over the next 3 years, using a combination of specific techniques of Mindfulness, Reiki, CBT, Hypnotherapy and ACT, which he received from global experts, and immense hard work, he was able to pull out of the trough stronger than ever. Equipped with these powerful mind-based techniques he now possess a strong desire to pass on hid personal knowledge, experience and learnings to others who find themselves in similar situations.
Mr. Pant retired from Yum Brands in 2020 after 15 years of service, most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of Yum China Holdings (NYSE: YUMC). Mr. Pant joined Yum Brands in 2005 as its Chief Marketing Officer and served in a number of senior roles of increasing responsibility, including Chief Executive Officer of Yum Restaurants International, Chief Executive Officer of KFC Globally, President of Taco Bell International and Chief Concept Officer of Yum Brands. Mr. Pant was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the China Division of Yum Brands in 2015 and played a key role in the spin-off of Yum China as a separate company and its successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange in 2016.
Mr. Pant has four decades of experience in marketing and international business and has lived and worked in the United States, China, the United Kingdom and India. Prior to working for Yum Brands, Mr. Pant worked at Reebok International, serving in various roles from 1994 to 2004, including Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Pant also worked at PepsiCo India from 1992 to 1994 and at Hindustan Unilever 1976 to 1990.
Mr. Pant is an independent director on the board of Beyond Meat (Nasdaq: BYND) He was previously a member of the board of directors of Primavera Capital Acquisition Corp and of Pinnacle Foods (now part of Conagra Brands).
Mr. Pant holds a B Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is a recipient of the Institute’s Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2010.

Earlier, Executive Committee Member, President & Chief Operating Officer of Global Emerging Markets ( AsiaPacific, Latin America, Middle East & Africa) for ConvaTec.
Before this, he was the Executive Vice President and President Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa for Boston Scientific Corporation. Prior to that, he specialized in strategic management consulting services for the healthcare industry as founder and CEO of Bose Consulting Group. Prior to founding own consulting firm, served for 28 years with Johnson & Johnson Inc, and since 2003 was a member of the Worldwide Group Operating Committee Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices & Diagnostics Group, as Company Group Chairman. While at Johnson & Johnson, pioneered the entry, designed the market creation strategies and led the growth of J&J Medical Devices & Diagnostics companies in all Asia-Pacific markets including emerging markets like China, India & Vietnam. Also instrumental in implementing the strategy of Market Appropriate Products in Asia and setting up the first R&D and Product Development Centre in the region to develop products to meet the needs of Asian patients and surgeons, leading to the launch of several products tailored for emerging markets. He also served as Member of the Board of Carefusion, Quattro Vascular Pte Ltd, Trireme Medical and Singapore Management University ( as a member of the Advisory Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business). He was also a visiting faculty at Nanyang Business School, NTU Singapore.
A native of Mumbai, India, Supratim earned a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry/Physics, a M.Sc. degree in Biophysics and a MMS (Master of Management Studies) degree from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay.

L Ramkumar is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad with four decades of experience in diverse industries such as Bicycles, Automotive, Engineering. Telecom and Polymer products. He has held key leadership positions, successfully guiding the businesses to growth and profitability. He was the Managing Director of Tube Investments of India Ltd between 2008 and 2018. His earlier positions include President & Director- Fenner India Ltd., CEO, Sterlite Optical Technologies, President, TI Cycles and CFO, Tube Investments of India Ltd. He was the former Chairman of Shanthi Gears Limited, a listed entity. Presently he is an Independent Director on the Board of Shanthi Gears and Igarashi Motors.
