Graduated (with distinction and A+ grade) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling (PGDPC) from Symbiosis University, Pune and an additional Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counseling from CCS Academy, Chennai.
Vish is a seasoned global executive with over 35 years record of accomplishment and successful business leadership in the United States and Asia in Travel, Transport, Hospitality and Information Technology industries. Currently, he is the CEO of Anikode Management Consultants, a strategy-consulting boutique, based in Dallas, US and Chennai, India, helping global clients in digital transformation strategy and execution. He was the Senior Global Advisor to the Board of Directors of Amadeus, the largest travel solutions and Distribution Company headquartered in Madrid, Spain with offices in 195 countries. He was the CEO of UBICS Inc., a NASDAQ listed public company, a worldwide leader in strategic consulting and integrated IT services, headquartered in Pittsburgh, USA with over 1000 employees located at offices in US, UK, UAE and India Vish was an elected a board member of TiE, a global non-profit organization dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship in its Chennai chapter for three consecutive terms. He is a member of the Advisory board in several startup companies in US and India and actively mentors young entrepreneurs worldwide.
Vish is an accredited angel investor with ‘The Chennai Angels’ in India, Guindy Alumni Angels & Blue Tree Allied Angels in US. He is an active member of the Alumni Association of College of Engineering, Guindy. Master’s degree in Operations Research, Advanced Analytics & Business Management Vish spends time in both Chennai, India and Dallas, US and commutes frequently between the two countries for business, social work and family purposes. Vish is a US Citizen and an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
Going back to academic studies after a 35+ year global executive management career was an interesting and fun experience - back to attending lectures, doing homework, working on assignments, preparing and writing examinations and presenting case studies.
Along with the academic qualifications, he have undergone extensive hands-on training in psychological counseling and psychotherapy with numerous internships with practicing Senior Psychiatrists and Counseling Psychologists and gained deep knowledge and experience of the theory, practice, applications and therapy techniques of psychology.
As a practicing professional counselor and psychotherapist, he is specialize in the areas of mental health counseling, career counseling, relationship counseling, grievance counseling as well as leadership and life coaching for senior business leaders, startup founders and C-level professionals.
