the CEO and a Co-Founder of Notion Press was started in 2012, with a vision to enable shers to create, sell and promote their content n Press has published over 10,000 indie authors so far and the company currently distributes over 500,000 titles from publishers.
An Aircraft Engineer by qualification, Naveen has always been keen on using technological innovations as solutions to every challenge he faces an entrepreneur. When he’s not busy fusing technology and publishing, he can be found at home, brewing fresh home-made craft beer. Naveen calls himself a humour monger. He talks in witty one-liners, uses the word “Awesome” too many times and dreams with his eyes wide open. This can of Redbull is the high energy drive every start-up needs. With a passion for technology, superlative people skills and the gift of the gab, Naveen reigns over business operations, marketing and sales at Notion Press.

P C Balasubramanian is a chartered accountant by qualification, an entrepreneur, author, speaker and a Co-founder & Director of Matrix Business Services India Pvt Ltd., India and also an Advisor to the listed company, UDS Group, a business conglomerate in facilities management and business services. UDS Group acquired Matrix in 2019. He is also an ardent cinephile and a cricket enthusiast One of the biggest fans of Superstar Rajinikanth, his admiration is reflected in his works.

Having begun his writing career with ‘Rajini’s Punchtantra’, a book based on Superstar’s ‘punch’ dialogues, which became a national bestseller, he has penned six more books, including two more based on the Superstar. With 25 years of in-depth experience in entrepreneurship, he enjoys sharing his experience with many peer groups, young and budding entrepreneurs and corporate leaders and managers. He has delivered speeches at several organizations and institutions on a variety of topics like leadership, motivation, entrepreneurship including subjects relating to his books. He conducts several engaging sessions & presentations on business, career, and life management with a tinge of humour.
