Prem has held leadership positions at Caterpillar in India, USA and Thailand
Prem is also a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Coimbatore He is the TiE-U Chair of TiE Coimbatore and a Global Mentor for Collegiate Entrepreneurship at TiE
Prem is also a visiting faculty to various Management Institutes
