He has built and scaled businesses in Asia, Europe, and America, delivering three successful public company exits and creating enduringbrands.
Most recently, Atul served as Regional Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Solera, where he transformed the organization into a unified operating company. He drove growth in markets like Canada, Australia, and India through innovative AI and digital solutions while rebranding the company and enhancingitsmarketpresence.
Earlier, Atul played pivotal roles in establishing IT offshore businesses at Majesco and Dell/Perot Systems spearheaded Citi’s consumer bank in Eastern Europe and launched Citi NRI, a cross-border financial services modelfortheIndiandiasporainNorthAmerica.
