As the world dramatically reshapes itself post Covid, innovation has come to the fore as disruption becomes the new normal. And for India it presents an unprecedented opportunity to enter a new phase of evolution in her long, cherished history, for which it needs to embrace innovation wholeheartedly. Speaking of innovation, there has been very little focus or attention paid to the role of students/youngsters. Ironical as its' the younger generation which is supposed to lead us into the new. Aditya Pachpande, not just encapsulates the new breed of youngsters but believes in innovation being the solution to not just India’s challenges. He took it a step further by founding his own venture at the tender age of 14 the focus being to foster innovation amongst school children and young adults. Joining him will be 2 stalwarts who have etched their own strong footprints of success in the realm of leadership, entrepreneurship and marketing. G Ramachandran (GR as he is fondly called) founded Gold’s Gym in India and scaled it to among the leading fitness chains in India. Today he wears multiple hats of being an angel investor and advisor/mentor to many start-up ventures across areas in India. Apurva Chamaria, who is currently the Sr. vicepresident and Chief of Staff at MD’s office at Tech Mahindra has had a cherished career in marketing before transitioning to general management role with RateGain and now with Tech Mahindra. A prolific angel investor with over 35 investments till date including many named start-ups, he is also a best selling author behind 2 books on social selling and growth hacking. Both GR and Apurva will share their insights and also gently prod Aditya to share his story, how he found his focus/passion and his thoughts on unleashing creativity and innovation among the younger generation. He is currently appointed as Chairman-Advisory Board InnoServ Group, a revolutionary and path breaking name in the digital media world. InnoServ Solutions Pvt. Ltd has registered a high growth trajectory in a short span of time under his mentorship and has expanded in international markets.

He is also currently associated with Orai Robotics- an AI driven company and Z- Bat - a sports tech company, that keep him actively engaged. He is working towards accelerating their momentum to attain higher levels of growth.
He is currently the SVP & Chief of Staff to CEO & MD of Tech Mahindra. Previously he was the Chief Revenue Officer at RateGain, world's leading SaaS provider to travel and hospitality sectors. In his previous stint at HCL, he headed corporate marketing and was responsible for brand marketing, employer brand, employee marketing, thought-leadership, digital marketing, analytics, finance and marcom. Under his leadership HCL debuted at: 1) InterBrand Top 100 Brands at 19, grew 35% y-o-y in brand value 2) Brand Finance Global 500 '17 at 378 with a value of 4.46 Bn US$. Between 2014-18 the HCLT brand campaigns won 130 global awards. Other roles @ HCL include being a part of the CEO’s Vineet Nayar's office and being a Sales Director at HCL America. Prior to moving into sales, he was the Global Head of Marketing and Strategy for Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ECMP, I V & VS, Mainframe and Mid-range, Business Intelligence, IT Consulting) leading a geographically distributed team of marketing managers. This line of business contributed 1 Bn US$ to HCL. As a part of the leadership team he worked to successfully identify, acquire and integrate Axon Group Plc (acquisition worth GBP 441 million). He was involved in setting up the marketing organization, processes and systems in HCL and in the initial days worked as the Category Manager for Lifesciences & Retail. He has pharmaceutical industry experience having worked in various sales and marketing positions at Ranbaxy Laboratories (now Sun Pharma). He is privileged to be invited to share his experiences at industry conferences like Sales Performance Management, LinkedIn Tech Connect, Microsoft Leaders Speak, ACMP Change Management, and premier B-School events at ISB, IIM-A, IIM-Raipur, FMS, IIMC, IMI, MICA, Great Lakes etc.
