Synopsis
India today is working to define itself against China for which India will need to build an international coalition with countries that have like-minded thoughts. It is important for India not to become China-less but become less of China, as it may not be possible to ban China completely. India also needs to identify areas where China has huge dominance, work towards to build and strengthen its our own standards to combat China. India must prepare both a defensive and offensive strategy and look to diversify the global value chain.
The discussion on the theme will focus on important aspects - how through the incidents over the last one year, China has tried to threaten India's territorial and security interest. There is a strong belief that the relations between India and China have changed drastically, which may not be reversible.
