Babu Krishnamoorthy is the founder & Chief Sherpa at Finsherpa Investments Pvt Ltd., a boutiquewealth management firm based in Chennai catering to financial needs of High Networth Clientsin India & abroad.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Babu has over 25 years of expertisein areas related to finance and money management. Prior to starting Finsherpa, Babu has co-founded Pelican Wealth and been associated with Allegro Capital, a leading Investment bankingand wealth management house.

A passionate thought leader in the personal finance space, Babu has authored the bestsellingbook “Unlock Secrets to a Wealthy Life” which helps young adults to start their investing journey ina methodical manner. As a professional speaker, Babu speaks on subjects relating to investmentand finance.

Babu is an avid reader of non-fiction books and is an amateur marathon runner. Babu is an activeRotarian and is a part of the Rotary Club of Madras East ( RCME) where he is involved varioussociety uplifting projects.

A Past President of IFA GALAXY (one of India’s oldest and leading associations for Mutual FundDistributors (MFDs) ), Babu has been at the forefront of helping the MFDs navigate themselves toa better place. During his presidency, he got 25 fellow distributors to co-author a book calledSTAY HUNGRY, STAY BULLISH, on how to build a Robust Mutual Fund Distribution Business.

Ajit Gautam

A Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant, 54 years young, with a career span of 30 years in Finance, Accounts and Business Development. Comprehensive experience and significant success in areas of Planning & Budgeting, Long term funding and Treasury management, Business Strategy & Negotiations, Investor Relations and Business Development.

These were achieved by understanding the business and intricacies of the industry and building working relationships with business managers. Inherent qualities that aided the above include analytical and problem solving skills, planning and execution focus and negotiation and communication skills.

Satyanarayan Yanmantram

Satyanarayan Yanmantram is a highly qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in international and domestic banking, compliance, administration, and private banking. He holds a CFPCM from the Financial Planning Standards Board of India, an EGMP from IIM Bangalore, an M.Com from Chennai University (DG Vaishnav College), and an M.Phil. in Commerce from Chennai University (DGV College). Currently, he is a partner at Sri Krishna Capital in Chennai, an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor since 2009. His career history includes positions such as VP Investments in Private Banking at DSP Merrill Lynch Bank of America, Chennai, Branch Head at Edelweiss Capital, Chennai, Vice President/Admin & Compliance & MLRO at Merrill Lynch International Bank Ltd, Bahrain, and roles at IBP Co Ltd, Korba, and D G Vaishnav College, Chennai.

Satyanarayan has undergone extensive training, including Admin Managers Training at ML in London, Fraud Control/AML at IFLEX in London, Anti-Money Laundering at BMA in Bahrain, and programs in Managerial Excellence, Managing Family Business, Behavioral Finance, and Client Centricity & Negotiation Strategy at prestigious institutions like Manford Allianz Mumbai, ISB Hyderabad, and IIM Ahmedabad. He has also held past certifications from the New York Stock Exchange/NASDAQ and NISM Series X-B.

As an accomplished lecturer, he has provided guest lectures at RBI, Chennai University, and various colleges in Tamil Nadu since 2009. He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and ISB Hyderabad, with memberships in NISM/AMFI since 2004, the Madras Management Association, and the Chartered Accountant Study Circle in Chennai.
