Ranjini Manian serves as the Founder-Chair of Global Adjustments Foundation whose mission is to empower women and girls to live out their potential, by providing them #Championwoman life leadership coaching. Participant groups of the 500,000 women and girls include entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, Government workforce: ARMY, police, healthcare workers, faculty and college students.
The Foundation’s goal is to reduce workforce gender gap. She has spent over two decades as entrepreneur, cultural ambassador, author and philanthropist connecting global citizens to India. Founder of India’s premier relocation and cross‐cultural services company – Global Adjustments. Ranjini has served on the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board and authored many books the latest being a personal growth journal - ChampionWoman Truths
Lakshmi Subramanian is the Executive Director of Global Adjustments Foundation, which drives the Championwoman movement to narrow the workforce gender gap. She has worked with over 500,000 women and girls from Universities, Corporates and Government, helping them live out their potential. Lakshmi spent 2 decades at HSBC Bank and as AVP Operations, she enabled leadership growth of her team. She brings this rich business experience along with her own personal work life integration, supporting a talented family, to the classroom, providing real life solutions.
