Nisha Dhingra
Smt. Nisha Dhingra is a qualified Company Secretary, Cost Accountant and Lawyer. She also holds Bachlor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Presently, she is holding the positions as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of ONGC Videsh Limited and also Woman Director on the Board of ONGC Videsh Rovuma Limited.
She started her career during 2001 at the age of 21 and during her more than 22+ years of service at ONGC groups and other CPSE’s, she worked in Telecom and Oil & Gas Industry on corporate law matters, steering Board and Committee meetings, secretarial compliances, liasioning with MCA, SEBI & RTA, conducting General Meetings of shareholders, Treasury activities, Corporate Finance and SAP Module development & implementation activities. She was awarded as the professional of the year 2022 award for her exemplary performance.
She is blessed with 02 daughters and her husband is Chartered Accountant and working at senior level in MNC at Gurgaon.
Ms. Sabitha Natraj, Chief General Manager, (Retail Academy and E _L&D), Head Office, Mumbai, is in charge of capability building for employees of IndianOil including stakeholders, last mile customer champions, and eLearning portfolio in IndianOil Corporation Limited, Marketing Division.
Ms. Sabitha Natraj brings with her nearly three decades of rich experience across verticals like Retail Sales, Communications, Marketing and Sustainability Development.
Having joined IndianOil in 1993 at New Delhi, she has held leadership positions in Retail Sales and Corporate Communications departments at Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.
She has a PhD and a Gold Medallist in Executive MBA from MDI (Management Development Institute), Gurugram.
She won the ‘Woman Executive of the Year’ Award for Oil & Gas Industry from Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI) - 2017, ‘Woman Executive of the Decade’ Award at the Women Economic Forum-2018 from All Ladies League (ALL), Featured in the Hall of Fame of PR professionals Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) 2016, ‘Outstanding Achiever in the Field of Marketing Communications2016’ Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), Citation and a Special Jury award for media management of Chennai Floods from Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI) - 2018 and Panel speaker at the World Communications Forum at Davos, Switzerland - 2016.
She has been an active member of Global Compact Network India for implementation of Sustainability Development Goals (SDG’s) and is a Council member for TN Women Entrepreneurship Forum, ALL.

1988- 2001 Advertising industry: Worked in the creative departments of leading advertising agencies in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Coimbatore & Hyderabad across leading agencies including Artig, Insight, Euro RSCG and Mudra Communications. Held leadership positions in the creative depts.
Handled national accounts like Henkel, Cavin Care, TI Cycles, Kurlon, ICI, Wipro, Pricol, Nalli Silks, ITC, Mysore Silks, Crocodile and HMT. Won awards at the regional and national levels for advertising creativity and brand communication.

Written and published papers in Communication, CSR & Marketing/Advertising for Development within India at national and international conferences.
OTHER INTERESTS
Sports- Former ranked tennis player, represented Madras University and TN State. Won All India Inter University tournament & Bronze at the National Games. Keen interest in classical arts and reading.
