A passionate thought leader in the personal finance space, Babu has authored the bestsellingbook “Unlock Secrets to a Wealthy Life” which helps young adults to start their investing journey ina methodical manner. As a professional speaker, Babu speaks on subjects relating to investmentand finance. Babu is an avid reader of non-fiction books and is an amateur marathon runner. and Refrigeration industry, is a seasoned business development professional adept in design, planning, project execution, and after-sales service. He holds the position of Chairman at ENMAC SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, a role he has served since August 1997, accumulating a wealth of experience over the span of 26 years in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Before his current role, Mr Sridhar contributed eight years of dedicated service as a Sales Manager at Voltas Limited from September 1989 to August 1997. His educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, earned between 1985 and 1989. Throughout his career, Mr Sridhar has demonstrated expertise and commitment to excellence, showcasing his leadership and business acumen. Under his guidance, ENMAC SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED has achieved enduring success in the HVAC and Refrigeration sector. Mr Sridhar is currently Chennai region President of Refrigeration and Airconditioning Trade Association and has held many leadership roles in Rotary, ISHRAE (Indian society of Heating Refrigerating and Aircondiitoning Engineers) and ASHRAE as past President. A recent trade show REFCOLD at Chennai was a grand success with over 10000 footfalls under active involvement of Mr Sridhar as Convenor.
Bharathi Krish Ms Bharathi Krish is a Transformation Coach and an Impact Professional who specializes in getting the best out of individuals and organizations. A Chartered accountant by profession with over two and half decades of experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry as well as the Oursourcing industry, in domestic and international space. A Change expert, a starry-eyed dreamer, she is excellent at working with companies to deliver superior performance and be best in class. She has successfully led global transformation projects delivering efficiencies and cost saves. As a core leadership team member, she set up a Financial Services hub for Standard Chartered Bank, including organization structure, processes, hub/spoke model, the span of control, dashboards, client service management, to name a few. Handled teams of various sizes (2 to over 200 members), geographies, cultures, and mediums. Mentored individuals, shaped careers. Experienced in running assessment centers to identify employer proposition, role requirement, competency/skill gaps, and deliver training plans and modules. Other than being a coach, she is also a facilitator, start-up advisor and public speaker. Overall, she is committed to transforming the world one smile at a time.
