About OGQ
OGQ is a Not for Profit organisation co-founded by sports legends Geet Sethi and Prakash Padukone. The Mission of OGQ to help Indian Athletes win Olympic and Paralympic Gold medals. In the last 3 Olympics in London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020, India has won a total of 15 Olympic medals. The training of 9 of those 15 medal winners was supported by OGQ. In the last Tokyo Paralympics, India won a total of 19 Olympic medals. The training of 10 of those 15 medal winners was supported by OGQ.

Grandmaster Viswanathan Anand is quite simply one of the greatest sportsmen India has ever produced. He has been almost single handedly responsible for the widespread popularity of Chess in India and his legendary battles with Gary Kasparov and Anatoly Karpov captivated chess fans all over the world in the late 90s.

Anand was the first player in chess history to have won the World Championship in three different formats: Knockout, Tournament, and Match
In 2007, Anand was awarded India’s second highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, making him the first sportsperson to receive the award .
He was also the first recipient of the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award in 1991-92, India’s highest sporting honour.
He is a Director of OGQ, a Not for Profit organisation with the Mission to help Indian athletes win Olympic and Paralympic Gold medals.
Mr Vishwanathan AnandNine time World Champion in Billiards and Snooker.
He featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the first amateur in the world to compile the maximum 147 break in Snooker
The nation has conferred on him some of its most prestigious awards – Padma Shri (1986), Arjuna Award (1986) and Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award (1992-93). He was the second recipient of the Khel Ratna Award. He is also author of Success vs. Joy, an Inspirational book on Mind Control.
He is the Co-founder of OGQ, a Not for Profit organisation with the Mission to help Indian athletes win Olympic and Paralympic Gold medals.

CEO, Olympic Gold Quest
He is a former Captain of the Indian Hockey Team, Olympian and Arjuna Awardee having represented the Indian Hockey Team in over 180 International Matches over 8 years.
He represented India at the Athens 2004 Olympics as well as at the World Cup, Asian Games and Commonwealth Games.
Some of his major international medals for India include an Asian Games Silver Medal in Busan 2002, Asia Cup Gold Medal in 2003 and the Junior World Cup Gold medal in 2001.
He retired from Hockey in 2007 and did his MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, Class of 2009.
He is currently the MD & CEO of OGQ, a Not for Profit organisation with the Mission to help Indian athletes win Olympic and Paralympic Gold medals.
