Swami Bodhananda Spiritual Director & Chairman Sambodh Institutions in India and USASWAMI BODHANANDA is the Spiritual Director, Chairman and Paramacharya of Sambodh Institutions in India and the USA such as the The Sambodh Society Inc. USA and Sambodh Foundation India. He is the Chairman of the Bodhananda Research Foundation for Management & Leadership Studies a pioneer research establishment on Indian Management
Swami Bodhananda is a world-renowned management guru. He is an avid reader and is well-versed with the contemporary challenges that the corporate leadership and corporate management face
Swamiji’s management lectures are sought after in India, having authored the first ever book on Indian management on "Gita and Management" in 1994. Swami Bodhananda is the author of several books: His latest book is Indian Management and Leadership (2007). Other books include Management and Mahabharata (2011), Meditation: The Awakening of Inner Powers (1994), Happiness Unlimited (2000), and a monograph titled, Rishi Vision. He has also authored two conversationstyled books, one with a scholar of consciousness studies in India, and the other with a young Indian-American lawyer in the United States. These books are “Dialogues: Philosopher meets Seer” (2001) and “Irreverent Questions” (2004).
Swamiji's Meditation book has recently been revised and is accompanied by a recording of several guided meditations that complement the text.
Mr Lakshminarayanan Duraiswamy is currently the Managing Director of Sundaram Home Finance Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services industry, with expertise in risk management, operations and strategy. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Sundaram AMC till 2019. He joined Sundaram Asset Management Company in 2009 and prior that, he worked for GE Capital India and Australia in various risk management and business development roles across commercial finance, consumer finance and healthcare. He started his career with Citibank in retail operations before moving to GE Capital.
Mr Lakshminarayanan is a commerce graduate, qualified Cost Accountant and Master of Business Administration (Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai). He is also a member of the Managing Committee of Madras Management Association.
