Sreenivassan Ramaprasad

Sreenivassan Ramaprasad, the founder and enabler of Saamartya, is a Masters (M.Sc - Tech) graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified NLP practitioner. Ramaprasad started his career with Associated Instruments Manufacturers India P Ltd New Delhi, and consequently joined JK Tyres and CADDCentrein1989.

At CADD Centre, he grew to become the Executive Director of the company in a span of 15 years. During his tenure in CADD Centre he was instrumental in establishing CADD Centre in Delhi and making CADD Centre a national brand. He developed the equipment business of CADD Centre in 1995.WithvirtuallynoemployeeandnilturnoverhebuilttheequipmentbusinesstoRs50croresina span of 6 years and strengthened the company to 225 executives. Currently he is the Director in CADD Centre Training Services, Asia Pacific’s largest CAD training network with presence in 30 countries.

HeisanactiveRotarian,havingledRotaryclubofMadrasWestasits50thPresident,madetheclub morevibrantwithhisinterpersonalskills.HealsoinitiatedaDialysisCenterfortheClub’sThiruverkadu Medical Centre. He is known for his anchoring skills and he is a regular invited speaker in Rotary circles. Ramaprasad is the current President of Professional Speakers association of India Chennai Chapter.

Ramaprasad was the Vice Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce Tamil Nadu Chapter whichisachamberthatpromotesbilateraltradebetweenIndiaandUSA. Ramaprasadgotmarried to Geetha in 1993 and has a daughter by name Ananya who completed her Viscom( Visual Communications)andaprofessionalactor.

S Ramakrishnan

S. Ramakrishnan is the co-founder and Director at Harmony Residences Private Limited, a real estate property development company to deliver classy and contemporary homes. Founded in 2006, Harmony has an established track record of successful completion of several lakh square feet of residential projects all across Chennai.

As an Engineering professional from the Indian Institute of Technology, he started his career in 1987 with the Engineering Group of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and was responsible for executing several large and complex projects across India.

He brings the rich experience of having incubated several successful businesses across varied verticals serving both domestic and global clients.

His first business venture in 1996 from Bangalore, setting up infrastructure for a US multinational into software product development. This subsequently led to a merger that developed and delivered technology solutions to predominantly American customers.

Subsequent to this he was Director at Icon Infotech Services P Limited, providing business consultancy services to the IT and ITES sector in Chennai.

He is an active Rotarian and has also been a member of several networking organizations.

His wife Bala is a trained Carnatic musician, training students globally in the classical form online.

His daughter Varsha, a computer scientist, works as a Senior Solution Architect at Botminds.ai, Chennai and his son Krishna is doing Bachelors in Business Administration at Manipal.

Harinie Sekaran

Harinie is the Founder & CEO at Leadle - a GTM & Lead Gen agency for B2B companies. Based in Chennai, Leadle has enabled over 250 Saas startups like ECL, TangoEye and QuickReply in their 0-1 journey.

Starting off as a BDR in a NASA-licensed company in 2009, Harinie went on to manage BDR teams in multiple companies selling to US, EU & Australia before founding Leadle in 2016.

Harinie strongly believes that everyone is selling, every single day, and it’s the ONE nonnegotiable skill for every Founder.

Harinie’s toughest customer is her five-year old daughter, on whom she delightfully practises her sales and negotiation skills. She doesn’t always win, but she always learns something new each day.
