Sreenivassan Ramaprasad
Sreenivassan Ramaprasad, the founder and enabler of Saamartya, is a Masters (M.Sc - Tech) graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified NLP practitioner. Ramaprasad started his career with Associated Instruments Manufacturers India P Ltd New Delhi, and consequently joined JK Tyres and CADD Centre in 1989.
At CADD Centre, he grew to become the Executive Director of the company in a span of 15 years. During his tenure in CADD Centre he was instrumental in establishing CADD Centre in Delhi and making CADD Centre a national brand. He developed the equipment business of CADD Centre in 1995. With virtually no employee and nil turnover he built the equipment business to Rs 50 crores in a span of 6 years and strengthened the company to 225 executives. Currently he is the Director in CADD Centre Training Services, Asia Pacific’s largest CAD training network with presence in 30 countries.
Ramaprasad served as COO in a new venture called iKix 3D prints which specialized in 3D services. As a Chief Operating Officer, he was able to successfully get across the concept of 3D printing services to Architectural Industry. He started another venture called Saamartya in 2016 that enables people to develop their people skills and business skills. He is actively engaged in streamlining sales processes of small and medium companies.
He is an active Rotarian, having led Rotary club of Madras West as its 50th President, made the club more vibrant with his interpersonal skills. He also initiated a Dialysis Center for the Club’s Thiruverkadu Medical Centre. He is known for his anchoring skills and he is a regular invited speaker in Rotary circles. Ramaprasad is the current President of Professional Speakers association of India Chennai Chapter.
Ramaprasad was the Vice Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce Tamil Nadu Chapter which is a chamber that promotes bilateral trade between India and USA. Ramaprasad got married to Geetha in 1993 and has a daughter by name Ananya who completed her Viscom( Visual Communications) and a professional actor.
Pravin Shekar
Pravin Shekar is an Outlier Marketer.
He is the Chairman & CEO at KREA, India’s leading Healthcare decision support company. He is a Managing Partner at Krux108, an Outlier Marketing consulting firm.
Skilling and providing employment opportunities is an overarching social cause and driver. He is an investor in CANDO, a BPO by and for the physically challenged and KÄSE, an artisanal cheese making entity, which skills and employs people with disabilities.
He is a founding board member of the PSAI – Professional Speakers Association of India. He speaks on Outlier marketing, Word of mouth Referrals and Ideation.
His “Professional Speaking” career has taken him to four continents so far and his goal is to speak in a 100 countries!
He is part of bookies book review club and reads 65 books every year.

Kiruba Shankar
Kiruba Shankar is the CEO of Breathe Digital (earlier Business Blogging), a social media, and digital marketing firm. Right from the first day of work, he has been in the digital space and now has 24 years of experience. He co-founded F5ive Technologies that focuses on Open Source Web Development.
Prior to his entrepreneurship role, he was Associate Director of Sulekha.com and a senior manager at Sify.
He has authored 5 books: ‘Copy Right and Left: Understanding Creative Commons‘, ‘Wikipedia – A Beginner’s Guide‘, ‘Crowdsourcing Tweet’, ‘Unconference‘ and First Book.
He is a technology columnist and has authored tech columns at The New Indian Express, Business Standard, DTNext and Financial Express.
Kiruba is a passionate podcaster and currently hosts three podcasts. The Movers & Shakers Podcast in collaboration with India’s leading Business Newspaper, The Hindu BusinessLine, focuses on interviewing Global Leaders & CXOs. The First Book Podcast is the World’s first podcast specifically for aspiring authors where Kiruba interviews global best-selling authors. His latest Podcast project is called The Global Speaker, where he interviews the World’s best Professional Speakers.
Kiruba is a global professional speaker having given over 700 talks across 21 countries. He specializes in talking on Digital Excellence, primarily on how organizations can better leverage digital for improving their sales, marketing and reputation. He the founding President of the Professional Speakers Association of India under the aegis of the prestigious Global Speakers Federation.
Kiruba is passionate about teaching. He is a visiting faculty at Great Lakes Institute of Management near Chennai and Bharathidasan Institute of Management at Trichy. He has lectured on Digital & Social Media at IIM Kozhikode, IIM Bangalore, IIT Madras and Asian College of Journalism.
He is the curator of Cerebrate.in, an international event for achievers.
