MADHRI
Ms. Madhri is an advocate practising in Madras High Court, with more than 20 years of experience in the bar. She is a graduate in Law from University of Madras and has obtained LLM in University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She is currently part of T.S. Gopalan & Co. She has wide expertise in various laws like taxation laws, labour laws, agreement and drafting and the laws pertaining to women. She regularly conducts awareness and sensitisation sessions to employees under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 (“POSH Act”). She also conducts specialised training for IC members under the POSH Act for different multinational corporations, public sector and private sector organizations. She is also a regular speaker in the chambers of commerce and employer and professional bodies. She is also an external IC member for many organizations and has conducted enquiries under the POSH Act. She is mentor in LexPOSH, an organisation which provides one stop solution to all employers to be in compliance with the sexual harassment laws. She is also the Co-Chairperson of the Women’s Business Council of the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
