N Madhan is the Regional Markets Leader for the Southern Region of PwC India. He also leads the Chennai Tax & Regulatory Service Practice. He has over 29 years ’ professional experience, out of which 23 years have been in tax consulting and 6 years in industry.
Madhan’s current responsibility is overseeing certain large domestic accounts in the Southern region where he works with Partners from different competencies with the sole objective of creating Firm’s relevance in the domestic market
Madhan has wide experience in Corporate tax, transfer pricing advisory, Corporate and transfer pricing litigation working with both inbound and outbound investments and several cross-border transactions.
He has appeared in several complex appeal matters pertaining to corporate taxation and transfer pricing before the assessment and appellate authorities.
He has also handled complex transfer pricing Advanced Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures with the Government. His clientele includes companies engaged in automotive, oil and gas, energy sector, software, engineering services and ITES sectors. In addition, he is a regular speaker in Chambers of Commerce, institutes and professional bodies.
Madhan is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
