He is a successful indirect tax law counsel appearing before Hon’ble Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunals, the Director General of Foreign Trade, VAT Appellate Tribunals in various States and Customs Appellate authorities, Different GST Authorities including GST Appellate Forums, GST Authority for Advance Ruling (AARs) and National Anti-Profiteering Authority (NAA).
Representations to Governments
Hitherto he had directly been instrumental in several excise, VAT, service tax and GST related developments by interacting with concerned Ministry and/or Bureaucrats.
His suggestions relating to customized compound levy scheme has been acknowledged by Hon’ble PRIME MINISTER’s Office on 24 07 2015 for favourable consideration while implementing in stages the Goods and Service Tax Act in India; Section 10 of CGST Act 2017 read the related version (partly implementing his suggestion).

He has given series of interviews and has participated in tax law related discussions on various television programmes. He has delivered several lectures on various topics, especially on Indirect Tax Laws in various workshops, seminars conducted by educational institutions, universities and Economic Research Centres etc.
He is the founder member of few non-profit academies/societies focusing on indirect tax law related academic activities as well as social services.
