Tim began his real estate career in 2002 after finishing a successful television journalism career in Sydney. 2003 saw Tim move from residential management into his current role in Commercial Sales. In 2009 he became Director of MMJ making him a third generation Director of the Company, a feat he is extremely proud of.
In 2020 Tim’s father, Geoff Jones stepped down as Managing Director, MMJ Wollongong and Tim proudly stepped into the role. A natural born leader, Tim commenced his leadership position in one of the toughest conditions, yet despite this, continued to mentor and lead his MMJ family to become more resilient and stronger than ever.

Since joining MMJ’s Town Planning Division in 2003, Luke quickly gained experience in the NSW planning system, at both State and Local levels. Luke works closely with many developers, consultants, Councils, State Agencies and the like on a daily basis throughout NSW. Previously a building estimator, his knowledge in construction aided a quick understanding of the planning industry, which was assisted by his studies and qualifications through The University of New England (Bachelor of Urban & Regional Planning).
