Plasma Blue’s technology has a small footprint and a modular design. The technology can be installed and operated seamlessly alongside the current equipment. Its “plug and play design” requires minimal installation time, minimal start up, fine tuning and minimal operating cost.

Environmentally Friendly

This technology lowers a plant’s energy cost while enhancing the Carbon Intensity (CI) score. This is primarily due to the technology’s use of electricity instead of natural gas. It eliminates the need for pre-heating the reaction steam. Because it drives reactions more completely, it requires little to no expensive petroleum-based catalyst.

With Plasma Blue technology, plant owners could save approximately 10 cents per gallon by reducing dependence on natural gas, reducing catalyst cost and reducing labor issues. Because it can increase the overall plant efficiency and improve finished product quality, high value can be received for finished products.
