Benefits of Cobiax system at a glance Which used in this project. Cobiax void former modules consist of fixed reinforcement steel elements with integrated void formers made from one hundred percent recycled plastic material. The Cobiax cage modules are positioned between the bottom and top reinforcement layers in the slab's cross section where they also serve as supporting cages.

Cobiax is a special bi-axial voided slab system. The concept idea is to omit the non- working concrete from the slab (extra un-required load), the issue that reduces the self-weight (dead load) of the slab up to 35% provide high equivalent stiffness. This will enhance the bearing behavior on the whole structural elements by forming spherical or flattened rotational symmetrical shape inside the slab.

Shah’shahan residental complex This project was a residential project to attract tourists and introduce Iranian architecture to foreigners from a new perspective, which had to gather all the specifications together. One of the criteria of the old houses in the central plateau of Iran was to have a central courtyard where all the spaces of the house opened to the central courtyard. In this project, which is located in one of the old neighborhoods of Isfahan, we faced a very big challenge. Preserving the texture of the city and not deconstructing the design of the project to maintain the standards of old houses in Isfahan.

Position of the urabn plan

Profiles of valley and the areas which affected The source of design of interior plans is taken from the plans of old houses in Isfahan, in which all spaces open into the courtyard.

Profiles of valley and the areas which affected Having a central courtyard for the old districts houses of Isfahan has a special place. First, it provides private space for residents.

Vertical Accesses

Second, it is a way to increase the security of home and city against the enemy and adverse weather conditions. Third, the creation of a pool in the middle of the courtyard and openings facing the central courtyard has been a very efficient air conditioning system that both cools the air and controls the humidity required.

Landscape

Iranshahr Park Aran Valley Park project in the 11th phase of Pardis city project was designed for recreation and an area for leisure of city residents. Since the city of Pardis does not have proper infrastructure so far, so similar to other projects which i designed attention has been paid to social sustainability, which is a requirement of urban life. This project was designed during my collaboration with Kuzo group and for their project.

Sections for clarification design’s goals In this section we can clearly see what is going on the design.Pardis city has not any significant urban scale park in which the designer consider social sustainability, so, we done it in this project. Also, we increased its productivity by including some public uses such as skating yard, bicycle paths and etc.

Theater House of Karaj city Theater Planning: Facilities for Performing Arts and Live Entertainment is an introduction to the design and construction of performing arts buildings. It is in the planning of these buildings that the disciplines of performing arts and architecture meet each with its own vocabulary, processes, and conceptual constructs. Theaters have a long history, perhaps as long a history as any building type in our culture. The Greeks and Romans built large, beautiful and remarkable effective theaters. These were important buildings, representing the ambitions of those cultures, and the ambitions of the powerful people in those cultures.

Abstract In the Middle Ages, public theater moved to the streets. The structure was a wagon or a simple platform, perhaps raised, a canvas backdrop —all utterly temporary and moveable. Over time religious pageants gave way to secular dramas. Political and social subjects became an essential part of the theater’s role and its broader appeal. Of course, by the seventeenth century in London, The Globe Theatre presented Shakespeare’s works. The breadth and depth and humanism of his plays were joined to a profoundly wise design of theater space. In the twenty-first century, why are theaters, as a building type, so damn complicated? Certainly, fundamental human characteristics are relatively unchanged. Human dimensions for seats, rows, and sightlines are little changed; the quality of the human voice and the seeing of the whites of the eyes of the actor on stage continue to be dependent on similar human dimensions. Every theater built today struggles with seat count, seat organization, and sightlines. Stages change size and form to some degree. Audience chambers seem to change the size and form all the time.

Commercial 103

Commercial 01

Commercial No. 103 is a building which is located in the city of Pardis, which is one of the major commercial projects that has been designed on a land with an area of 11,000 square meters. The purpose of building this commercial complex is to respond to the commercial needs of the residents of Phase 11 of Pardis city. The total designed complex is about 45,000 square meters and includes a variety of parts, including services, welfare, and office. This project was designed during my collaboration with Kuzo group and for their project..

Using modern facilities to increase efficiency and compensate for environmental waste is one of the important issues in the design of this shopping center. In this project, part of the electricity is supplied by solar panels and also natural air circulation in the floors with open wide wedge design is considered. It should be noted that the in this complex, restaurant and food court on the floors has been designed to promote social sustainability. And the roof garden of this complex has been designed in order to creating a sense of belonging to the place on the people.

About the first alternatie The initial alternative of commercial 103 was rejected, due to executive restrictions in Iran and other administrative problems. Because the city of Pardis has performed very poorly in terms of social sustainability and also this area is intended for social housing, so the issue of social sustainability and urban security is very important. In this alternative, from the first steps, the project was defined on social sustainability, and therefore examples of social behaviors and social interactions were considered more colorful than the approved plan.

Social circulation and green path Preliminary designs in which an attempt has been made to bring the flow of the city and nature into the design

Commercial 02

Commercial 6 of Parand City This shopping center is located in a relatively dry area with a warm climate. Therefore, in the design of this project, the use of a green facade is considered to provide coolness of the indoor spaces and to help increase the green space. Rainwater is also stored throughout the year and used to irrigate green facades. With a few changes in our design, we can reduce the percentage of energy dissipation and contribute to energy and social sustainability. This project was designed during my collaboration with Kuzo group and for their project.

Iran booth in international tourism fairs The use of history and art which belong to our ancestors is very important in today's architecture and shows the value, antiquity, and place of that art in the past. In designing the pavilion for the exhibition, calling for the design of the Iranian pavilion design competition in the 2018 International Tourism Exhibitions, I tried to combine old architecture with modern architecture based on social justice. Also using local materials could have a good result in the past construction, so this design able to tell the history of the culture of ancient and modern Iran.

My source of inspiration in this design has been based on the structure which calls "Subat", and stained glass of Iranian houses in Kashan and the central cities of Iran. Iranian architecture has been one of the environmentally friendly architectures in which attention to the human scale has been very important. Sabat has been used for stability and also is a way to escape from the scorching sun in central Iran.

Mix Iranian architecture style with modernism to reach new form

Interior

Some of the projects The interior of the house is important to us because most of our time is spent on indoor spaces, so I try to do the interior design of my projects as much as possible. Minimal design in indoor spaces gives us the ability to recover our mental exhaustion after a boring day and intense physical and mental activity. Interior and exterior design are two different categories, but in my opinion, these two items should be done together and by a design team that gives the best results.

Lighting Study day and night light in a minimalist design

My experiences in interior design in different environments, including a dermatology doctor's office, coffee shop, residential apartment, TV show stage design, and other things, allowed me to challenge my knowledge about interior design. These are some of them.

Art works

Sort of experiences Architecture is the art and science that is not limited to a particular subject or. A successful architect is someone familiar with other disciplines such as psychology, sociology, physics, etc. and most importantly visual arts. In these concluding pages, I introduce some of my experiences in sculpture, painting, freehand drawing, and digital art, some of which have been part of my study of building design, including the study of materials, culture, and structure. By experiencing other arts, our vision of the world around us becomes wider, and we will see

Mixed material Mud stamp Using mud to make household items has been one of the oldest methods of making stuff. Early humans learned over time how to use clay to build houses. That was one of the significant items in urbanization and the foundation of modern materials which we use now.

Photography

Every Photo has its own tail In today's advanced world, with the amazing changes that have taken place in the way of human life, photography has become an integral part of our daily lives. Photography is the most common and popular art and common language that with its gradual expansion has had a great impact on the transmission of cultures, traditions, rituals, etc. The emergence of this movement has taken place without any claim with the help of the phenomenon of photography. The language of which must be known and its message conveyed. During its evolution, photography has gone from painting and atelier to documentary, sports, social, news, etc. Now photography used in all sciences, including urban planning and architecture, as a tool to record the current state of cities and its evolution. Photos as events of the city and urban spaces and urban neighborhoods can play an important role in the visual perception of the environment, and the more familiar the architect is with the history of architecture, the art of architecture, and the components of architecture and urban planning, his photography work is easier and photos He is also different from others. Archaeological sites are a historical and influential phenomenon in human history. Paying attention to their roots and place in the past can be instructive for everyone, especially an architecture student or designer. There are many small points in these artifacts that can be considered as solutions for modern architecture, and studying them and photographing them for further study and getting ideas from them is one of my interests.
