Off the third-floor landing, accompanying the three guest suites, sits the treetop lounge offering a flexible space that can serve as a homework or office space, a casual lounging area for teens, a cozy media room for movie nights, or even as an overflow guest room. For this snug space, designer Summer Ennis was inspired to create a “nest” like feeling applying a metallic leaf wallpaper by Albany on the ceiling to compliment the rich blue color on the walls. Comforting fabrics and rustic accessories such as the bamboo lounge seating and miniature wooden doll chairs are paired with an assortment of original photography by Ennis herself. Window treatments by Lu Ann Fields peer into the canopy of an adjacent live oak tree as well as provide a glimpse of the Bayview balcony.
