HIGH EFFICIENCY DIODES IN RECTIFIERS To improve performance in our rectifiers, Mobiletron will be transitioning the diodes in our rectifiers from standard avalanche diodes to high efficiency diodes.
HED ADVANTAGES Better fuel consumption - A 10% reduction at low vehicle speed Decline in CO2 emissions - CO2 emissions reduces by 5% Reduced operating temperature - 87°C lower than AV diodes Higher alternator efficiency - At low RPM the Alternator output increases 30% - 40% higher than OE AV diodes. Better heat dissipation - Lower Forward Voltage drop allows for a cooler rectifier and more efficient alternator operation
BREAK WEAR SENSORS Mobiletron are excited to be launching a brand new range of Brake Pad Wear Sensors. The newly developed 36 parts cover over 1500 vehicle applications including Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Volkswagen. The Brake Pad Wear sensor, also referred to as a brake wear indicator, is an additional safety feature on many vehicles used to alert a vehicle's drivers when the brake pads are wearing thin or if their brake pad's life becomes too low. The Brake Wear sensor is mounted on the brake pad and routed through the calliper in any combination of the four wheels.
We know that education is key for our customers to succeed with this product category, so using our extensive knowledge of manufacturing TPMS for the Far East O.E market we have set up the TPMS zone section of the website.
