After these 10 seconds, and oftentimes before, they will leave. Your homepage needs to clearly state what your company does. In most cases the user will not navigate around the website to figure out what product or service they’re selling, they will just leave. That doesn’t leave much time, so your home page better have a nice design, and your website better have a speedy load time. If a user has trouble navigating your website and cannot find what they are looking for, they will simply leave and find a different website that makes it easy for them to find what they need.
