It is an obvious case that there are vast products out there which were specifically meant to beautify your skin. Today, l am going to highlight traditional ways which can help you to obtain lucrative results without using much money. Your skin is one of the critical components on your body because it acts as a shield of protection on your internal bones and it also prevents pathogens to get through your body. Raw fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. Nutrients which are in line with skin includes vitamin A, C, E, antioxidants and omega-3. Good food sources include yellow veggies such as carrots, buttternut, pumpkin for vitamin A, green leafy vegetable such as spinach, brocolli and berries for vitamin C and avocando for vitamin E.

3) Hydrate

Water is life. Your physical body is consist of 90% water content. Generally, water prevents dryness of your skin. For this reason, doctors recommendations you to drink at least 2 litres per day.

Moreover, consume food such as cucumber, lettuce, watermelon and spinach because these are products which contains high water content within them. lt helps you to fulfill your fluid requirements in your body. Fluids aids you to attain smooth and soft skin.
