Can you tell us a little about you? I come from an island in Middle East “Bahrain”.I h ave been a pro model for the past 13 years in Middle Ea st countries such as , Dubai, Abu Dhabi , Qatar , Indonesia,Vienna Austria etc.Im also form er athlete and a personal trainer.I have done Photoshoots, videography, fashion shows , com mercial campaigns and opening events.

If you could change any thing about yourself, what w ould it be? If I could change any thing about myself I think that I should be more out ther e and I shouldn’t be hard on myself.

How did you start modelling? Well I was independent when I was 16 started to do promo-tions which led me to meet a lot of interesting peo ple one of them was a famous actress and she asked me if I had walked the runway before the pay was really good so I took the risk and I rocked the run way.Since then I never st opped.

What do you think of the work as a model? The work as a model is great. Yes it can get hectic if you have back to back bookings. And it ta kes a ver y ver y long time to get in the market from countr y to countr y.So basically it ’s no t just a job because you have to always promote yourself on a daily basis. And keep your co nnections and humble.

What is your beauty regimen? Sports and eating clean.No alcohol for 30 years.I believe that also makes a huge difference.

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others? I believe ever yone is different and beautiful in their own way.Im competi tive with myself and never with others.I love to teach and learn from the others. A lways calm and I do have good patience.

What are your plans for the future? To hit the Scandinavia and Europe in commercial an d editorials.I just signed up with the first commerci al agency in Århus Smashed modeling Agency. So my plans are to sign up with a few more and I’m ver y ver y excited.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far? I love them all. And I have gained different knowledge in each of them.Rawan Maki tale nted Bahraini designer based in London currently, she published my images during t he FW17 that was a great feeling ever and being published as a first Bahraini model in Vo gue Arabia for the same designer.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modelling? Stay healthy, humble and take ever y project as your own.

What do you think of the magazine? I love it!!!! I love how you guys are publishing a nd supporting the models and photographers. This is ho w I got to know you through Thomas from Denmark page7photo and I’m glad that he introd uced me to your platform which also helped me out a lot to seek for inspiration.
