When owners Justin and Stephanie Ingram bought the property, they found a slew of overgrown trees out front. The only one they kept was a native peach tree, which became Uptown Peach’s namesake. According to them, the best time to stay is in the summer when the tree produces a ton of fresh, juicy peaches.

Uptown Peach’s convenient location puts it within walking distance to local coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, art stores, and Waco’s beloved Cameron Park – the perfect spot for a day of hiking or biking. The Magnolia Silos are only 1.6 miles away, and Baylor University is three miles away. The property consists of four white canvas cottages, each with its own distinct pops of color and unique decor. The individual cottages share a courtyard that offers a variety of seating options and a fire pit that is perfect for a night in with family or friends. Guests can rent just one suite at a time or all four suites at once for private celebrations.

Uptown Peach has everything needed to make guests comfortable. Each bed includes USB outlets and sound machines. Other amenities include free parking on site with two 220 amp EV chargers, a washer and dryer, wifi, TV, and security cameras to ensure guest safety. The refrigerator stays stocked with various beverages, and the pantry is always filled with a plethora of snacks and candy. A Nespresso coffee maker, two bicycles, and an outdoor projector with bluetooth (perfect for streaming games or TV shows) are all available upon request.
