LAM GRES SERIES 60 cm The large porcelain stoneware planter becomes an accessory that perfectly complements itself to the furnishing of your garden and terrace. The outer covering made of porcelain stoneware lends a touch of elegance and durability. The choice of stoneware and paint of the bent steel sheets structure can be coordinated with the flooring materials (different shades, colours and design are available: please have a look at the on-line catalogue of Modularte). The porcelain stoneware is a material resisting to atmospheric and chemical agents, it requires no maintenance and offers an unlimited durability, while the frame made of galvanized steel sheet provides strength and ease of assembly. The “ceramic wood and stone” perfectly imitates the natural wood and stone, as well as representing a finishing that matches with any type of flooring, different in colour and in type of material. The LAM GRES planter with “wood” porcelain stoneware texture is an elegant alternative to wooden planters. STONEWARE PLANTERS WITH A FRAME MADE OF PAINTED GALVANIZED STEEL PLATE MODULAR STRUCTURE: lightweight and easy to transport and assemble at the floor; ideal for furnishing in a customized way terraces and gardens. The Modularte planters are ideal also for street furniture. WIDE CHOICE OF FINISHING MATERIALS: outer covering not only in stoneware, also other kinds of material are available, such as stainless sheets and aluminium panels with company logos, cloth materials such as carpets and PVC, or natural wood, marble or artistic panels, also customized. CUSTOMISATIONS: In addition to the choice of porcelain stoneware and colour, you can customize them with aluminium panels with digital prints provided by the customer with company logos, texts and photos. ASSEMBLING: the planter can be supplied in handy mounting kit with or without porcelain stoneware slabs. The kit includes adjustable feet. PLANTERS WITH WATER RESERVOIR GARDENING TECHNIQUES: The LAM series planters in the different versions are provided with the water reservoir system at the bottom. The bottom is made in ABS and can be mounted at different depths (cm. 45 or 60) depending the type of the plants and roots. The Modularte planter is the only one on the market with these features. WATER RESERVOIR ensures to the plants, even in summer, the right humidity ratio of the topsoil, without having to water every day (depending on the season and type of plant, the water reserve can last up to 7-20 days). The planter is equipped by a pipe that brings water directly into the bottom.
The water on the bottom goes up by capillarity: the plant receives water from the bottom as in nature, thus avoiding the washing away of the soil by watering by the traditional method from the top. The excess of water in the reservoir out of the filtered hole "overflow“.

MODULAR PLANTERS PRINCIPLE FRAME: the planter has a structure made of galvanized bent steel sheet and powder coated. The single side is made to insert and lock a slab: stoneware, glass, wood, marble (standard thickness 6-11 mm, on request 15-20 mm). MODULAR CONFIGURATIONS: Each side module has a standard size of cm. 60x60, then you can make in-line, "L"shaped, "U"-shaped or free shaped configurations. The modular planters system is composed by 2 different sides (A and B) and the angular element (C); no piece is welded. Before mounting the planter fit the porcelain stoneware slabs in each side of the planter. ASSEMBLY KIT: the kit is composed by • four steel sheet coloured sides (with stoneware slabs already insert), • a bottom ABS pot with water reservoir and filtered drain, • 4 adjustable feet, • 4 heat insulator slabs. SIDES WITH STONEWARE: the stoneware slabs are insert and locked after having inserted the screws in the holes of the stell sheet. The porcelain stoneware are locked by the side tabs and are easily replaceable. INSTALLATION of the modular planter: join the planter sides by tightening the nuts to the screws inserted in each sides. ASSEMBLY ON SITE: the modularity allows the installation of planters or group of planters even of big dimension, without having to use mechanical lifting tools to the terrace floor.

MODULAR STRUCTURE: The 4 planter sides are supplied and delivered already coated in porcelain stoneware. Only the surface of the slabs is in view, while the ribs (side edges) of the slabs remain covered. All the composed planters have 2 Heads (H) modules and some Internal modules (In).

ASSEMBLY: the assembly of the four sides and of the bottom is performed simply by tightening some nuts. No screws or nuts are visible.

DELIVERY: the planters can be supplied with or without porcelain stoneware slabs. The planters are supplied and shipped packed and disassembled. If you buy the planters with the slabs available in our catalogue, the planters sides will delivered with slabs already assembled, while if you prefer using your slabs, we can supply the complete kit without slabs knowing that every kind of material can be mounted with a maximum thickness of 11 mm for the standard version, upon request is available the versions mounting slabs 15 up to 20 mm thickness (example: marble). LIGHTWEIGHT: the planters are lightweight and robust, and ideal also for terrace.

MODULARITY OF THE ACCESSORIES SEAT BETWEEN TWO PLANTERS (bench 120 cm long). The seat is made with a reinforced frame in bent steel sheet in which one or two stoneware slabs are insert and locked. The seat is screwed to two planters 60x60 cm.

LAM GRES model 80x80 h. 65 cm The planter model LAM GRES 80x80 cm is composed by 4 sides of steel sheet in which are mounted and locked four porcelain stoneware tiles 60x60 cm. The other specifications are the same of the series LAM GRES 60.

LAM GRES model 43 – 50 cm The planter LAM GRES 43 and 50 cm consists of ABS pots with water reservoir and a structure made of powder coated galvanized steel sheet and porcelain stoneware slabs. The stoneware assembling is similar to the system of the model 60.
The planter 43-50 is very light and particularly suitable for small terraces and balconies.
The POTS inserted in the planter are removable, therefore in winter you will be able to pull out the pots of the plants that cannot stand the cold. Each pot also allow different treatments for different plants in terms of soil, watering and fertilizing (considering some plants need acidic soil).

BASIC MODEL Planter specially developed for balconies and terraces that cannot hold very heavy planters. BASIC is very light and spacious. It‘s made of painted bent galvanized steel sheet presenting to the long sides 2 porcelain stoneware cm 30x60. The BASIC model can be large 30 or 40 cm. The planter contains the topsoil and light expanded clay on the bottom in a PVC sheet with water reservoir. These rectangular planters placed in series are ideal for terraces, public areas such as bars and restaurants. The edges of the porcelain stoneware slabs are all protected by the profiles of the bent steel sheet. ASSEMBLING: the planter is delivered in mounting kit with or without stoneware finishing slabs. DIMENSIONS: the porcelain stoneware size is cm. 30 x 60 (on request the largest model fit slabs 40x60 cm).

CUBE MODEL AN INNOVATIVE CONCEPT OF PORCELAIN STONEWARE PLANTER;
you can choose: • colour and type of porcelain stoneware, • colour of blent steel sheet, • shaped notch of the sides. The planter becomes "personal".
A removable ABS pot with water reservoir contains the topsoil and light expanded clay on the bottom. DIMENSIONS: cm. 45x45 h. with ceramic tiles cm. 30x30; the model CONE HIGH is equipped by ceramic tiles 30x60. The planters can be supplied with or without porcelain stoneware.

MODULAR FLOWERBED SERIES
MODULAR FLOWERBED is ideal for large terraces and courtyards, it’s made of galvanized and powder painted steel sheet modules (paint matching with the stonware) coated in porcelain stoneware, while on the inside the ABS cultivation pot grant a sufficient water reserve for 1530 days depending on the season. The outer covering in porcelain stoneware gives elegance and durability. The choice of stoneware can be coordinated with the flooring materials (various shades, colours and design are available: visit the online catalogue of Modularte).

MODULAR FLOWERBEDS, FREELY COMPOSABLE, MADE OF STONEWARE WITH PAINTED STEEL PLATE FRAME MODULAR: lightweight and easy to be assembled and transport at the floor; ideal for furnishing in a customized way terraces and gardens;
COMPOSITIONS: each module has a standard size of cm. 60x60 and 30 cm. hight; you can freely create some rectangular or irregular composition (90째 angles).
ASSEMBLING: the sides of the flowerbed are strongly joined together by a frame mounted on the bottom. KIT: the flowerbeds is delivered in kit, with or without porcelain stoneware. The kit also includes the stiffening frame with angular supports and ABS pots with water reservoir.

FLOWERBED TECHNICAL FEATURES GARDENING TECHNIQUES: thanks to the water reservoir system you can cultivate your own plants with the bottomto-top irrigation technique, same as for our planters. Modularte is the only producer of modular flowerbeds for terrace. Once the modules are mounted and the pots are laid, you prepare the bed with light expanded clay on the bottom and topsoil, and then complete laying of the plants with an irrigation system; the irrigation pipe must be inserted into the pipe supplied in the kit connected to the bottom of the flowerbed (water reservoir).

FLOWERBED TECHNICAL FEATURES Assembling and locking system of the porcelain stoneware slabs is the same of the planter series LAM GRES (patent pending).

THE RAISED VEGETABLE GARDEN IS COMPOSABLE The raised vegetable garden is produced in 2 versions: 1 and 2 separate big pots. The structure, made of painted galvanized steel sheet, can easily assembled inserting the pots with water reservoir system. Under the feet of the raised vegetable garden are mounted castors.
A special feature of the Modularte raised vegetable garden is the "smart pot“ (optional), which is a pot with an adjustable water reservoir in relation to the needs of each cultivation type and to the weather conditions. You can also water only once a week, you will not have problems of excess or lack of water, your vegetable garden will get water from the bottom as in nature.
