MOEBE MOEBE is a scandinavian design brand based in Copenhagen, founded by cabinetmaker Anders Thams and architect Martin D. Christensen. At MOEBE we design, we produce and we keep things simple. The world is complex enough already - we won’t contribute further. We focus on the essentials, try to stay curious and keep our thoughts analogue. We strive to reduce our designs to their most simple forms, thereby creating intuitive and honest products.

FRAME We have made our frame simple. Reduced it to its core form and given it transparency. All this to let you focus on the essential and draw attention to the things you choose to emphasize.

IN BLOOM FRAME lets you invite nature inside. Nature inspires and reminds us where we come from. Nothing is created with more beauty and perfection despite of it’s often obvious imperfections. Open your door and let nature in.

On the wall: The rubber band both holds the construction together and is also used when hanging the frame on the wall
Taken apart: The frame consists of two pieces of acrylic glass, four pieces of oak and a rubber band.
NEW BLACK FRAME We have added a black frame to our collection. It is made of sturdy powder coated aluminium. Choosing to work in metal has made it possible to make the profile even thinner to enhance the light experession of the frame.

These small items are condensates of our lives. All good things in life are volatile. When you are handed the small pieces that will keep your memories close; ‘Pinch’ them.

POLYGRIF The Polygrif invites you to take it up, take it apart and put it together anew. Not all surfaces are as smooth as a touch screen - this little creature is made to make us remember.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE The Polygrif consists of 11 pieces of untreated solid oak mounted on a round stick and held together by wedges in the form of head and tale.
Every Polygrif is unique due to the natural variations in color, surface and structure of the wood. When not playing around with it, the Polygrif stands as a simple decorative element in your home.

To share a meal with the ones you love is what should matter. It is that simple. We strive for simplicity in all we do. Honest designs with no claims to be more than they are. This is one piece of solid and untreated oak.
