Her cult favorite skincare products are formulated on a farm in Vermont, but Tata Harper calls New Canaan home. We caught up with the green beauty queen about getting outside, guilty pleasures, and the secret to getting that summer glow.

The best thing about summer in Connecticut

is ... all the outdoor activities. Connecticut is the best place for that; I can drive the kids to the beach or plan long walks in the amazing parks.

My guilty pleasure is ...

dark chocolate. I eat it every day. It is good for your body (loaded with antioxidants and improves heart health) and for your brain (improves cognitive functions).

My go-to spot for an al fresco meal or cocktail is ...

My favorite thing

about my home is... the location. It is surrounded by wonderful vegetation, including oak trees that remind me of my farm in Vermont, with easy access to town and school.

My latest skincare

routine includes ... one that exfoliates, plumps, and volumizes to keep my skin looking healthy and ageless. I start with my favorite Glow Getter hack which uses the Regenerating Cleanser and Resurfacing Mask together to give you double the benefits. To do this trick, first use Regenerating Cleanser on dry skin, and then apply the Resurfacing Mask directly on top. Massage the products together, and leave it on for five to fifteen minutes before rinsing with warm water. Regenerating Cleanser pre-exfoliates the skin with apricot microspheres so that the pomegranate enzymes and BHA in the Resurfacing Mask can really remove dead skin cells and buildup and leave you with fresh, glowing skin. After that, I use Elixir Vitae, which is our most potent face serum. I call it my “daily dose of injectables” because it has a complex of four neuropeptides that help relax and diminish the look of wrinkles. I follow with Elixir Vitae Eye Serum; it has the same neuropeptides plus microcirculationboosting technology to minimize the look of dark shadows and puffiness. I finish the facial with our Reparative Moisturizer. I always love the way my skin looks and feels after this mini-facial, it’s my go-to for total skin rejuvenation.

is ... definitely Grace Farms.

When I’m not here, my warm weather travel

destination is ... Colombia. My entire family is there. I try to go as often as I can.
