Soccer has been my niche for sometime now. I began playing at the age of 8. I dabbled in basketball and was pretty good at it but soccer and I connected on another level. I started playing soccer at the YMCA and was quickly invited to play with Savannah United by coach Jon Ferguson. I played soccer with Savannah United for 4 years and went on to play with two soccer clubs in South Carolina after leaving Savannah United. I also participated in the soccer programs at both my middle and high school teams while playing club soccer. My senior year of high school I decided I wanted to fulfill my desire to play football, and I did. I maintained fairly good grades, but during Covid it was quite an adjustment academically, physically and mentally. There was no more sports and I was very afraid that opportunities to advance to the next level would be lost. We all came out on top of this set back and now here we are the graduating Senior Class of 2022. I'm so excited for the next venture of my life and look forward to the journey! ~RESILIENCE to
