A Lifelong Legacy In The Making

I always wanted to build something that could solve the problems of our community when it comes to media representation. Our voices are often silenced or co-opted. Our images are manipulated to fit other people’s agendas. Our narratives diminished or completely silenced. Others have built strong brands and even big companies on the backs of our talent and gifts. Only to create a system for self, not a system of universal wealth. I wanted to change that by disrupting the status quo and building a streaming platform that solves an age-old problem. How do we tell our stories more authentically and keep the lion’s share of the wealth. Black On Demand Channel is supported by an unprecedented tech stack that fuels our own ad network and other ad agencies.

We’ve created a blank cavass to tell stories around the entire Black American Experience by partnering with Black Creatives and sharing the revenues and ownership with those Creatives. No one loses control of their intellectual property. And everyone eats. I understand that mindset is a difficult thing to change. I am not here to change the mindset of anyone. I am here to attract the tribe that is already of the same mindset. A tribe that is exhausted with the same good ole boy low-ball system that rinses and repeats itself. One must determine his or her own future value, and then determine if their legacy is worth making the shift from what has always been to what could be. We have the tech; you bring the talent.

Storytelling is the only solidification of any culture. It’s what we pass down to future generations. Our mission is to give Black Creatives a system of ownership that marks their place in history. All backed by the potential of a lifetime of residual income for their work. Our vision is to be the #1 Black OWNED Streaming Media Network in the world! Finally, it’s not if we do it, it’s when we do it… I will purchase BET in cash and return it to the community where it belongs. And I will put it in the hands of some very capable young geniuses who know how to rebuild it and grow it; thereby creating a larger, more sustainable ecosystem representing the future of Black Entertainment across the globe. The ancestors are speaking. Let us hear them in an actionable way.
