Motivation Letter
Shortly after that, the call for Scoring System SWG was opened and I was convinced that the opportunity to learn more had come again, so I applied to it and was accepted. Since then we have been working within this team and we have continued to work to serve the association in the best possible way, the spark of ideas started to grow up, and expand to apply to this division.

Dear IFMSA Iraq family,
The 7th Mid Term NGA passed, and I began to expand a little in HRSD by reading the IFMSA Iraq Constitution and Bylaws, asking the previous HRSDD, and the experienced people in the association about what our HRSD is and how we can develop from it. Hence the idea to work within the HRSD.
After working 2 terms inside IFMSA Iraq and participating in all the NGAs that happened from the moment I entered the association until now, I gain experience every time I attend an event of this level, and every time my life changes for the better so this time I decided to serve the association on a better level, and I try to change it for the better, as it developed me. Therefore, with pleasure, I present to you my candidature for HRSDD for 2022-2023.
My passion for HRSD started in the middle of term 21/22 when the HRSD MidNGA Task Force was established and I was accepted on it then I started learning the basics and things everyone knows about HRSD.
But during the work period, we noticed that there is something we are missing, which is how will work continue in this division when there are no people who are motivated to work within it also is the work of HRSD only activating member accounts and scores in general?
I started expanding more and more and here I discovered that the work of HRSD is much greater than that, so I decided to apply for this position in this term to achieve the ideas that I mentioned within the plan of action to develop the association and serve it in the best possible way.
