This design, Innovation Center is a cross-functional plan that creates a safe haven for new ideas. With opportunities for individual and group collaboration across time zones and continents, This can be considered as a futuristic form of National Institute of Design which is an initiative in Similar line with more focus on practical training, Product training, design business incubation and Various other activity schemes were students as well as faculty will have a hand on experience with industry. Designing an Innovation Center is an initiative to drive creativity and innovation to advance design-oriented business in an intensely competitive globalized environment. It can act as an essential integrating platform to develop creativity, capability and enhance industry standards to create branding for products and built content in the fields of product designing by bringing industry to classroom there by students and faculty will have accessto industry thinking and are exposed to a competitive environment and can work with some of the leading brands to acquire business knowledge

The area is predominantly more open space compare to the buildings. The area is divided into 40% green space and 60% building.

The area is divided as North side of the side is provided with Office IT, mixed use buildings and South is dominated with residential building

The area is provided with Less Traffic in the Office area, Medium traffic in junction area and over traffic in residential area. The site surrounded with less traffic area

• The Concept is to make the interaction of Major elements and move toward forms and Structure through either physically or visual connected to resemble as a team. • The Idea is to achieve the Design through arrangement of Mass with void according to context of the site.

Academic block is of ground cover 2700 sq.m (approx) and the Main entry is in South east side of the road. Academic block is comprised of 4 floors and divided it into different uses zone and It is designed for 400 population, provided with required Workshop/ Labs, Classroom, Lecture room, Staff Cabin, Staff Dining, etc. This place were also act as Interaction, Collabration area between Industrial Knowledged mentors, Faculty with PG students. The building has more Open to Sky spaces which helps in circulating fresh air into the building and with Single Flight Straight staircase which gives the more space and Interactive connectivity of the members

GROUND FLOOR

Ground Floor is designed as the Workshop and lab area were this place is equiped with large machinaries and difficult to place in upper floor. This workshop and labs were not only used by students but also used by the proffessional user. A small indoor exhibition area were provided to display the works done by the students.

FIRST FLOOR

Fisrt Floor is designed as the Staff Usage area where Staff rooms, Hod Rooms, Staff Dining, Conference room were provided to easy access to the Workshop / labs area and the Classrooms in the Upper floors. This floor is also have inner staircase to Workshop in the ground floor

Second Floor is designed to have Classroom, Studios, Library where the students can easily access the room and be connected to studies. Studios is placed in North west and South west side with more windows to obtain more lights and Classroom is placed in North east and south east side with 6 m Ceiling level.

Third Floor is designed only with Classroom and Lecture Hall to focused on theory based classes. Waiting area’s Locker and Locker room were used to store the Student’s Things

Ground Floor is designed as the Storage Warehouse and Front office area with Reception and Lobby, VIP lounge area along with the 2 wheeler parking. Storage Warehouse were act as a Loading and Unloading area, The Front office Area act as place for Account and Admin area with MD Cabin

First Floor is designed as the Individual and Co working Space, lecture Hall were provide to Discuss and teach the employers. Each floor has a Common Break area for their relaxation where Dining area is provided in the First floor to easy access by all the employers. Meeting Room were provided in between individual and Co working to Discuss with Team Leader, Beark area were act as Welcoming, gathering, reading area for each floor.

Second Floor is designed to have Working area, Studios, Entertainment area which helps to work and create products. Studios is designed in north west side, Working area in South side and Entertainment area in north east side.

Third Floor is designed to have Labs / Workshops, Studios helps to produce prototype and to auditorium and Conference room helps to discuss and present the products which helps to easily connected to studios, workshops and working area.

Open plan Public Market made Primarily for Leasing purpose. The prposed site is the existing week end market at Saturday evening in a playground. This site is allocated by the government for week end market. Due to linear and grid layout, the accesibility is in many ways. Two main road, One for main uses like Public Transporting in developed area. Another one is nearer the site act is a connecting road for the next village. The Proposal is also applicable to create a translucent market for Pandemic situation in a affected zones. The site is located in the developing area hence there is less number of pollutation is in nearer the site, hence the crowd is lesser in this area compare to developed area. Site is actually located in the center edge of the town and with easy accessible in all direction in a walk-able distance.

Vadamalayan Hospital in Dindigul Ho, Dindigul has a well-equipped clinic with all the modern equipment. The clinic has separate waiting and consultation areas which allow enough space for patients to wait conveniently at the clinic. There are designed as 180 bed facilited hospital to provide 25 above Specilized departments with well equipped, Hi-Tech Laboratories.
