As the Landscape Design is an essential component of any architectural design or master plan. The department’s role includes developing conceptual plans in coordination with the Design department, and, upon client’s approval; to prepare a complete set of landscaping plans and construction documents.
A set of stage by stage activities further defines the project progress. The primary Landscape activities are to provide base plans for engineering disciplines to develop and define external requirements for engineering systems, define the layout of a site and coordinate the selection of materials, finishes and external components for inclusion in the project drawings produced mainly by CADD.
IV - Interior Design
This department is responsible for executing complete Interior Designs and Commissioning for all types of projects designed by SENIOR Consulting Engineers or others.
Similar to the Architectural Design department, careful and sensitive liaison and coordination takes place between the Interior department and the client, establishing all functional, aesthetic and budget requirements and considerations. The department progresses work through several stages obtaining client approval at critical stages prior to further work progress. Typically, the department presents fully rendered plans, Interior elevations, Ceiling plans, Interior perspectives, Finishes and Material boards and Illustrations of furniture selections for final client acceptance and approval. Having obtained approval, the department completes all necessary working drawings and details and comprehensive furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) specifications.
