Open Plan

The Student Hostels, is a curved form building, that maximizes its performace to passively catch wild particularly from the North-East and South-West prevailing wind through louvre openings. Facade that is facing the West and East direction is designed to reduce direct sun penetration while bringing natural lighting into the building's space.

Orientation of Building Layout and Major Openings:

The Student Hostels, located 25m from the Mosque (North direction). 30m from the Academic Building (Soulh-West direction), 35m from the Staff Residence (South direction) and 30m from the Assesment Buildina (West direction). Prevailing wind from the North-East and South-east direction will not have any major obsiruction for the Student Hostels with the allavance of surrounding open space
