The social housing project envisions creating a mutually inclusive and diverse community focused on providing co-living, interactive and inside- out spaces to bring different demographics of young individuals together, especially those who are transiting out of a supported residential housing environment like living with family or friends.

With a total of 126 units, the site is also integrated with landscape areas, commercial area including shops and restaurant. The building orientation helps in keeping gathering spaces cooler during the day.

This project is an extension to the Royal Library to provide different programs to enhance the function and increase human connectivity to the nature on all levels. The programs help to increase productivity and efficiency by reimagining traditional library spaces and integrating them with elements that connect the humans to nature.

Design of International Cruise Terminal In Goa, India which serves as a holiday destination in itself, and is also occupied throughout the year to generate revenue and add economic development. Programs and activities like amphitheater, shopping mall, water sports, riverfront have been added to the terminal since the frequency of cruises is only a few times in a year.

This commercial complex acts as a multi-purpose transit center and has different programs included within the complex. The main highlight of this project is the huge glass wall on the elevation which acts as a water cascade. Different retail stores, shops, lounges and restaurant also makes contribute towards its great ambience.
