SGEM is providing quality services to its customers, and has the ability to undertake various projects in the Telecommunications, Fiber to the Home – FTTH, Inside Plant, Outside Plant, Structure Cabling & all other different Electro Mechanical projects. The main goal of SGEM is to achieve the full customer satisfaction through the provision of highest quality of works for the customers’ projects installations by implementing close control at each project stages. As subject to contract, a detailed quality plan is produced for establishing the procedure and is being check throughout all stages of the project. Through all the periods of Planning, Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning; utmost care shall be taken not only to facilitate Commissioning, which necessarily occurs during the critical phase of handover; but also to enable maintenance as whenever it is to be carried out.
