The concept of the Apart Hotel project on the lakefront is divided into three parts. The first part consists of building blocks where public areas such as spa complex, administrative offices, sports complex, kids' club, and restaurants are located, as well as apartments not exceeding two floors. The second part consists of residential buildings, also limited to two floors. The third part is a five-story residential building styled in the Mediterranean theme with concrete massive portals, wooden pergola passages, and large panoramic windows This creates a unique atmosphere combining modern design and natural beauty, ideally suited for a lakeside apart hotel
