SOFA BED OPENING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the seat cushions

Stand 20cm away from the sleeper, grasp the handle and lift it upwards. The bed will automatically spring out of the sofa

Grasp middle leg in centre, pull and unfold towards yourself

Repeat step 3 for the remaining leg

• Upon receiving your Molmic sofa bed please ensure you release the transport ties before attempting to open the bed

• Remove seat and back cushions – fold mechanism dust cover forward and frame should be tied together - undo bow.

• Depending on which model you have selected your sofa bed may have either a bi-fold or tri-fold mechanism.

• Bi-fold mechanisms have an adjustable head rest – lift bar at head end forward to lock into place.

• To release just flex forward and drop head rest down.

• Do not pack your sofa be away with the head rest in the upright position.

• Your mattress is reversible – please rotate on a regular basis for even wear.

• Never pack your sofa bed away with sheets and bedlinen still on and moving the bed whilst the mechanism is open may cause it to be pulled out of alignment.

• Refrain from sitting and standing on the head or foot of the sofa bed.

WARNING

• When opening the sofa sleeper, never grasp the middle leg instead of the handle

• The mechanism mustn’t be closed with pillows, quilts or blanket inside
