When the United Nations developed the 2030 Agenda, the ambitious programme of action for people, planet and prosperity based on equitable economic growth, social welfare and environmental protection, they first called upon companies. The latter have been entrusted with an important responsibility, to put their resources at the service of all-round sustainability. RadiciGroup has not shielded away from the challenge sharing the SDGs spirit and contributing to their achievement.

People are our best raw material

We pay attention to everyone inside and outside our organization. We promote the diversity and uniqueness of every single person. We promote individual training, focus on the health and safety of our workers and operate in synergy with our local communities to achieve shared and harmonious sustainable growth.

RadiciGroup is highly focused on the new generations and their education.

The " Education" project has the aim to create a close connection between RadiciGroup companies and local schools, in order to promote mutual understanding and to support students in their education choices and future careers through meetings, visits to RadiciGroup plants, lessons in the classroom and consulting with RadiciGroup experts.

Also sport is an important growth tool. Sport and work are as a matter of fact based on the same values: sacrifice, efforts and the will to always improve.

For this reason, numerous sports associations are supported by RadiciGroup: local associations, mainly youth academies, which have the goal of teaching a sport, but above all, of contributing to the growth of young people.
