The marketing side of things has also boosted things massively. The online magazine and fortnight offers we email to my database keeps everyone engaged and knowing how much is going on at the club from a coaching, fitting and retail perspective. Everything just looks so professional. This has definitely helped retain clients and keep them coming more regularly. My other two coaches are busy but not full and this is only trending one way with the communications we now put out.
One other huge benefit is it takes me no time at all, I send all info over to the team who are fantastic and the next thing I get is a complete email/ poster/magazine with all relevant information.
