LET'S BEGIN A VERY GOOD PLACE TO START

CARRIER OILS BASIC GUIDE TO CARRIER OILS WHAT IS A CARRIER OIL? A vegetable oil derived from the fatty portion of a plant, usually from the seeds or nuts Carrier oils are used to dilute essential oils prior to topical application in order to prevent irritation.

HOW DO I USE THEM? Follow the dilution ratios on the back of the essential oil bottle for topical use. Either apply the carrier oil to the skin first, or mix together and apply. Since the carrier oils expire (unlike EOs) store the mix in a dark glass bottle in a cool dark place or the refrigerator.
