Program modules

MODULE 1

Self-leadership

February – March 2025

In this eight-week module you will:

• begin with a pre-recorded WOBI leadership masterclass

• undertake the Self-leadership curriculum via our online learning platform, with self-guided resources, tools and activities to support you

• engage in self-directed peer learning sessions encouraging you to share ideas, stretch your thinking further and gain diverse insights

• participate in a reflection hub – a 60-minute online group coaching session with your facilitator, to reflect on the learnings and support transferring acquired knowledge to your role.

Even the best leaders can find it challenging to stay grounded, especially in an increasingly turbulent operating environment. It can be too easy to lose yourself in this instability, so it’s important to get a clear sense of what drives you as a leader.

In this uniquely personal exploration of leadership, we’ll do just that – diving deep into your energy levels, obstacles and emotional states so you can lead and inspire others with steadiness and positivity, no matter what’s going on around you.

Each module component will be grounded in contemporary theory but quickly move to a personal exploration of the topic. You’ll learn simple frameworks and techniques you can immediately apply.

You’ll develop the critical skills to:

• understand the importance emotions play in a healthy and productive workforce

• clarify your deepest values and understand how they inform your leadership practice

• unlock your own “immunity to change” in order to continue your professional growth.

These skills will accelerate your ability to:

• build the personal resilience contemporary leadership demands

• extend your repertoire of power and influence

• better lead and support your people and teams as they adjust to a different and constantly changing ‘normal’.

MODULE 2

Innovation

May – June 2025

In this eight-week module you will:

• begin with a pre-recorded innovation masterclass

• undertake the Innovation curriculum via our online learning platform

• engage in self-directed peer learning sessions

• participate in a 60-minute live online reflection hub.

Why do businesses still struggle to achieve the practices and benefits of innovation? Because despite the focus we put on it, innovation is primarily driven by organisational thinking and cultures, or an understanding of how you ‘do’ innovation across all levels of an organisation. For leaders, it can be hard to cut through the noise and figure out what needs to happen to make meaningful progress in day-today operations.

In this module, we’ll go beyond the buzzword to understand what innovation can look like across your business and the cultural shifts needed to achieve it. We’ll unpack the frameworks and principles of practical innovation, the tools to uncover opportunities, and the steps you can take as a leader to nurture innovation at work.

You’ll develop the critical skills to:

• understand what innovation means in modern business

• learn about the factors that contribute to an innovation culture

• assess opportunities in your own business and what gets in the way.

These skills will accelerate your ability to:

• explore the frameworks that contribute to effective innovation

• learn how to uncover innovation opportunities for your customers and your business

• reflect on the role you can play as a leader in fostering innovative behaviours.

Program modules

Leading Change

late July – September 2025

In this eight-week module you will:

• begin with a pre-recorded change management masterclass

• undertake the Leading Change curriculum via our online learning platform

• engage in self-directed peer learning sessions

• participate in a 60-minute live online reflection hub.

Great leaders know that change is not just constant, but crucial. And in a landscape where the pace of change can be overwhelmingly rapid, the need for great leadership at all levels becomes more important than ever.

This module will challenge you to develop the skills to become a change leader and design a change roadmap to guide your people through uncertainty.

“Personally I feel energised for sustainable … successful change, appreciating the relationship between change and project management.”

– Past participant feedback on Leading Change

You’ll develop the critical skills to:

• deepen your awareness of your own personal responses to change

• understand the science of change and why it can be so challenging.

These skills will accelerate your ability to:

• build an adaptable and flexible change leadership toolkit

• create your change roadmap and learn to positively influence your team.

MODULE 4

Digital Strategy & Transformation

October – November 2025

In this eight-week module you will:

• begin with a pre-recorded strategy masterclass

• undertake the Digital Strategy & Transformation curriculum via our online learning platform

• engage in self-directed peer learning sessions

• participate in a 60-minute live online reflection hub.

As we confront the challenges of a post-pandemic world, businesses turn to digital solutions to connect with their customers. But being truly competitive is less about ‘doing digital’ and more about ‘being digital’.

This module is designed for leaders seeking a meaningful approach to digital transformation, who eschew the concept that there is one way to successfully transform. It asks you to interpret the context your organisation exists within, uncover meaningful opportunities to shift the way you and your people create customer value through digital, and to be in the driver’s seat of your organisation’s digital change journey.

The curriculum explores an approach that is anchored in customer and business insight, that enables you to articulate an informed digital strategy, and helps you to establish a clear path for execution.

You’ll unpack the practical necessities that help change occur within your business, as well as the mindsets you’ll require as a leader to begin modelling the organisational behaviours that are critical to digital transformation, through:

• understanding the megatrends and shifts occurring and how they might impact the digital experience

• critically analysing how digital shifts are affecting your business

• understanding the purpose for engaging customers and staff on the digital transformation journey

• articulating a digital experience vision and strategy

• defining a digital transformation roadmap that will guide you on your journey

• exploring the role you play as a leader in enabling digital change to occur.

“To be brutally honest it’s made us sit up and look at our business without the blinkers on.”

– Past participant feedback on Digital Strategy & Transformation
